My credit card expired in July. When I tried to update it, the app wouldn’t let me stating that my account was inactive and asked me to update my credit card info. I then logged out in hopes of fixing this glitch. This only made it worse. I am now locked out of my account. Every time I try to log in, it asks me to reactivate my account. When I go through the process of reactivating the account, the system won’t let me because it thinks I already have an account connected and am trying to open a new one. I’m planning on seeing a movie tonight (*******) and would love for my account to be fixed. Can someone unlock my account.
GetHuman-cmanlov did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
