I looked at my local theater earlier to see what would be available and there was a showing for a movie at *:** PM. I then waited till around the showing time to go and get my ticket and next thing I know, the Movie Pass app is telling me that there are now showings available at this theater. I walk up to the theater and see that the showing was in fact still scheduled. So please help me understand why I couldn’t use the app that I am paying for. Thank you.
