I need to have my account plan details explained to me. I thought I had unlimited - one movie per day. I was told by through a chat that is not the case, I have a quarterly plan. I tried to go to a movie and it said I had zero movies. That was Fri. June **. Today is July * and my app shows I still have * movies available? I am confused. I need my plan explained and also I want to be on the unlimited plan which I thought everyone was automatically changed over to when you changed your policy.
GetHuman-flutecat did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
