Help with my MoviePass issue

MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-morandmp a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Used MoviePass to browse movies on iPad and now when I try to use the app on my iPhone it says it is an "unauthorized device". I read afterwards that the app cannot be used on two different devices. Uninstalled from both devices and reinstalled on phone--still "unauthorized". Cannot download app to iPad now because it is now only an app for the iPhone and not for iPad. Want this to work on the phone (make it an "authorized device") so I can actually use the app I am paying for to see movies.
GetHuman-morandmp did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
