I have tried many times to log into the moviepass app and surfaces, unauthorized *device.*i bought a new iphone *plus in February which has IOS **.*.* to accomodate the required IOS to hold the moviepass app to log in.*I have submitted * tickets to troubleshoot with Steve in Moviepass but to no avail,*still cannot log in with new password.*Formerly had a Samsung *s Android cell phone in which Moviepass still has me associated with old cell phone.
GetHuman691899 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
