My daughter's phone had an issue with the charging port. She contacted customer service and they emailed her a shipping label to return the phone for repairs, which she did. This has been a couple of months now, and she still hasn't received her phone back. They did email her requesting a verification of mailing address, to which she responded. She has since emailed asking for a tracking number, but did not receive one. She was also sent a survey, to which she indicated that she had not received her phone back, but still, nothing.
