I have a Moto G6 phone and usually, my Airtel SIM works well in both slots. However, recently it started showing "no service" even though the SIM is detected. I tested another non-Airtel SIM in the same phone, and it worked fine. When I put my Airtel SIM in a different phone, it worked. I even got a new Airtel SIM, and briefly received a network connection, but then lost it. When I try to select the network in settings, it says Airtel is not compatible with my system. I visited some private service centers in Bangalore, but I'm unsure where to find an authorized service center with warranty coverage for my new phone. Can anyone help me identify the issue with my phone and advise on the repair process timeline in Bangalore?

I own a Moto Z2 Play mobile phone that I bought from Verizon approximately a year and a half ago. Recently, the device has been experiencing issues such as short circuits and random restarts. Even after being fully charged, it will restart within 20 minutes, and the battery percentage drops below 80% after the restart. At times, the phone doesn't power back on immediately after restarting.

I purchased a Verizon Moto E5 cell phone on June 3rd, but now my Verizon service has been replaced with Moto service. I can't access my settings as they are under Motorola, and I need them to be under Verizon. I want all the Moto service removed from my phone and reverted to the original Verizon settings. I contacted Verizon, and they advised me to reach out to Motorola. I am waiting for a call back from Verizon at 2 p.m. EST, so I need this matter resolved before then. I am a Verizon customer, and I want my phone settings back to Verizon. The phone is prepaid under Verizon, even though the name is Motorola. I did not authorize any updates or changes to my phone. I need the Moto services removed from my phone and restored to Verizon settings. Please call me at [redacted] and do not email or text me.

I am experiencing significant lag issues with my Motorola g6 play, affecting various functions like clicking, keyboard input, swiping, and answering calls. The lag has become so bad that I often miss calls as the phone stops ringing before I can answer. Even after trying safe mode, the problem persists. I have researched potential solutions in forums but have not found a satisfactory fix. A representative suggested an update would resolve the problem, but it did not. I am hesitant to try other solutions like installing a new launch app or rolling back the software due to concerns about voiding the warranty. Some have even recommended a factory reset, which proved unsuccessful in the past. As my phone is not yet a year old and has had multiple issues, including difficulty dialing calls, I am unsure of the best course of action. I would appreciate guidance on how to address these issues and potentially transfer my data to a new phone.

My Motorola phone broke the same day I purchased it, and it has been almost 2 months without a replacement. Despite being promised an overnight replacement and a return label after emailing proof of purchase, I am still without a phone. I am seeking assistance from management to resolve this ongoing issue. The incident number is [redacted]53. I have faced arguments from customer support and attempts to charge me extra, even though I already bought the phone. I refuse to pay extra and simply want the replacement phone, as initially promised. This is my final attempt before taking further action.

Hello, my name is Linda. I own a Motorola e5 Play through US Cellular, and after speaking with their customer service, they advised me to reach out to you. The ongoing issue I am experiencing involves a software update problem. The phone prompts me to download the update, which I do, but after restarting and attempting to install it, the same message reappears shortly after. This cycle has repeated 5 times within a short period, and it is becoming quite frustrating. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue by preventing the repeated update notifications and ensuring the update installs correctly on the first attempt. Thank you.

On November 27th, my fiance was using my Motorola Moto 6, and as he attempted to make a call, a loud crackling noise came from the phone. He quickly moved it away only to find white smoke coming out of the charger port at the bottom of the phone. To prevent any accidents, he placed the phone in a cooking pot and set it outside on a welcome mat. The phone became so hot that it melted the pot into the rug. This incident was incredibly dangerous, and we are concerned about what could have happened if the phone was near our baby at the time. Despite our attempts to seek assistance from Motorola, we have not received the help we expected. We are considering reaching out to the news to raise awareness and prevent this from happening to others.

I haven't received the shipping label yet for the Z3 Play I purchased from you. The charging port shorted and left marks on my nightstand. Sadly, it also damaged the USB port of my $30 FM transmitter in my car. I bought the phone directly from you for slightly over $[redacted], but I am disappointed by the customer service I am receiving. This is my second experience with your company, and I find the process for getting my phone repaired, which I still have to pay for, to be unnecessarily complicated.

I had my phone shut down for a week, and when I contacted [redacted] customer support, they mentioned that I had gone over my minutes. I suspect my phone has been hacked, especially since it's a government-issued device. I'm not sure which apps originally came with the phone as I have hundreds that I did not install. How can I identify which apps to remove? Many apps claim they affect the phone in some manner. I am not tech-savvy and need assistance with sorting through the apps and knowing which ones to remove as my phone seems to have too many running at once.

I am in need of assistance with my phone that I received from Cricket about nine months ago. Due to financial constraints, I was unable to pay for the service after using it for only four months, resulting in my phone being turned off. I attempted to secure my phone with a code to prevent unauthorized access, but unfortunately, I forgot the code. After attempting a soft reboot, I realized that I could not recall my email or password as it has been five months since I last used the phone. I am now locked out of my device and unable to regain access without my email and password. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue as I do not have the funds to pay for a service.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to share my positive experience with the Motorola Droid RAZR HD mobile phone. Even though it wasn't brand new when I got it, I was impressed with its speed, camera quality, and sound. I used it for two years and recommended it to friends. Unfortunately, they couldn't find Motorola phones in Ghana because there is no official sales office here. In the past, Motorola phones were popular, but now they are hard to find.
I urge the management to consider opening offices in Ghana so people can access Motorola products easily. Ghanaians still value the quality, durability, and affordability Motorola phones offer. While there are many phone shops in the country, they don't stock Motorola products. I hope management will take this into consideration and make Motorola phones available in Ghana again.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely,
Isaac Yeboah

I bought a new Motorola Moto G7 phone 3 to 4 days ago. I've been having trouble answering any incoming calls. Whenever a call comes in, the phone rings but nothing changes on the screen. There's no option to answer the call that pops up. I've tried multiple solutions I found on Motorola and Android forums to no avail. I need to contact Motorola for assistance, but they only have support during weekdays, and today is Sunday. I've never had this issue with any previous phones I've owned.

I have a U.S. Bank ReliaCard. On Monday, July 20th, I tried to purchase a $50 Amazon eGift card online with over $2,[redacted] in my account. After the transaction, I got an email from Amazon stating my order was canceled due to payment issues authorized by my bank. I tried calling customer service with no success as hold times were over 60 minutes, and the callback system didn't work properly. I have been unable to explain the problem to U.S. Bank because they lack an email for customer support. My concern is why my $50 purchase was declined with sufficient funds and no pending transactions. I believe a resolution would be a $50 Amazon gift card. This issue caused inconvenience, wasted time, and made me seem thoughtless to my brother on his birthday. An apology alone from U.S. Bank won't suffice.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my Moto G7 smartphone that suddenly displays a "Start-up failed" message, prompting me to use the Software Repair Assistant on my computer. Despite having a new Dell XPS 13 with up-to-date Windows 10, I am unable to download the assistant successfully. The error messages also mention difficulties booting Linux and falling back to fastboot mode. This occurred after simply plugging in my phone to charge it. I cannot locate my serial number among the numbers provided with the phone, hindering my access to support. I am uncertain about the software version and registration status since I cannot access the device. As this is my only phone, calling support is not an option. I have struggled to receive assistance via the online service but am hopeful for a resolution as I urgently need my phone for basic communication.
Best,
Elinor B.

I'm encountering a frustrating issue with my Model #MG7550 dual-band modem/router. When I conduct speed tests while connected via Ethernet, I achieve satisfactory speeds: [redacted].52 Mbps download and 31.61 Mbps upload. However, my wireless speeds plummet, with only 62.3 Mbps download, significantly below what I expect. This occurs even when I'm in close proximity to the device. My Samsung Galaxy Tab A, acquired recently, performs similarly. On the other hand, my son, using an older non-dual-band modem/router setup in a basement apartment, attains speeds of [redacted]-[redacted] Mbps download and 24-28 Mbps upload. I've attempted restarting the router, computer, and tablet without success. There are only a tablet and printer connected wirelessly. Experiencing these challenges despite receiving the expected service from my internet provider and undergoing technical evaluations, I seek guidance on maximizing my wireless speeds with the Motorola equipment I invested significantly in.

To Whom It May Concern,
I recently purchased a brand-new Motorola Moto E Phone last month. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing numerous issues with it ever since. After spending over an hour on the phone with one of your technicians today, we were unable to resolve the problems. I have reached out for assistance multiple times, suspecting that the phone may be refurbished. The technician determined that the phone is, in fact, defective and is arranging for a replacement to be sent to me.
As a loyal customer for several years, I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation on my monthly bill due to the inconveniences I have faced. This will be the third time I need to transfer all my data to a new device, which has become quite a hassle.
Sincerely,
Gary B. K. ([redacted])

Last week, we purchased a Motorola Edge cellphone. My partner, a therapist, relies on the phone during sessions. Unfortunately, it keeps dropping calls. Despite T Mobile's efforts, the issue persists. Do we need to return the phone? We got it from Best Buy, but I'm unsure if they can assist. However, there is a $45 restocking fee. Thank you, Bruce.

I've had my MOTO E5 phone charging for about 4 hours. I was using the built-in FM radio to record a program with an earbud connected for reception. After disconnecting the earbud and charger, the screen remained black when I tried to turn it on. I searched online for solutions and tried pressing the power and volume buttons, but it didn't work. I'm hesitant to do a factory reset because I don't want to lose my data. I watched videos suggesting removing the battery, but I haven't tried it. It's frustrating that such issues seem common among Motorola and other Android phones.

I recently purchased a Moto G Power phone at Target and set it up with Consumer Cellular. After they advised me to switch to a T-Mobile SIM card for a better signal, my son assisted in removing an old number from a previous phone, updating my Google account password, and syncing the new phone. Despite these efforts, the GPS locator now shows my location as Goshen, Illinois, instead of Loveland, CO where I actually reside. This mix-up is causing issues with services like Target's online orders. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had an issue while ordering a Motorola Edge on Motorola.com. I encountered an error message mentioning a problem with my card or address information. The website did not proceed with the order, and I did not receive an electronic receipt. Despite the order not going through, I was charged $[redacted] for the phone. I was informed that I need to wait 7-10 days for a refund, which I find unacceptable. It is concerning to have been charged without the order being confirmed. Additionally, I am puzzled by the address error message I received. I am uncertain if an order was actually placed, and the delay in refunding the money raises suspicions of possible fraud.
