I have contacted customer support twice to address this ongoing issue but unfortunately, it remains unresolved. Despite my husband having the same phone without any problems, I continue to experience difficulties. I made a purchase on motorola.com, and after payment, I received an email informing me that my order was on hold. The email advised me to call customer service to resolve the hold, which was frustrating as they could have contacted me instead. Despite confirming the payment through my bank, I was unable to reach anyone at the provided number after numerous attempts. When I finally connected via email, I expressed that the $[redacted] had been deducted from my account and questioned why my order was delayed. I recently purchased a Moto Play 2 in June. While I enjoy many features of the phone, I have started noticing early signs of issues that resemble the problems I faced with my previous Motorola phone, which became unreliable within 18 months. The charge cable doesn't consistently charge the phone - any slight movement interrupts the charging process, and sometimes it stops charging unexpectedly. Additionally, the screen experiences minor glitches in high humidity and direct sunlight. My phone was master reset, but it won't reset. Is there any way I could take it apart and put some kind of button inside to fix it? I'm frustrated because I wasted my money on your product. Now, somebody has opened an account on my phone. If I try to open it, someone else has already accessed it and put their Gmail account on it. I can't do anything about it now. Please help me with this situation.

My daughter had an issue with the charging port on her phone. After contacting customer service, they sent her a shipping label to return the phone for repairs. It has been a couple of months, and she still has not received her phone back. Despite providing her address verification, she has not received a tracking number for her device. She completed a survey indicating she did not get her phone back, but no action has been taken. The phone in question is a Motorola E4 with the IMEI [redacted][redacted]. I have a Moto E Cruise from Cricket Wireless running on Oreo 8.0. There seems to be a significant issue with deleting selected text messages from a thread containing around [redacted] messages. Unfortunately, the only options available are either deleting the entire thread or meticulously selecting and deleting messages one by one, which is incredibly time-consuming. This contrasts with my Samsung KitKat phone, where I can easily select multiple messages for deletion by ticking boxes next to each message and then deleting them all at once. The Moto E Cruise's method of deleting multiple messages seems outdated and inefficient compared to the more user-friendly approach on my older Samsung device.

I am seeking a refund for my order #US[redacted]1 as UPS has lost the package. I kindly ask for the refund to be processed promptly so that I can purchase a phone from a different retailer. I am facing multiple issues with my Moto G5S Plus. Firstly, the handset doesn't support conference calls, which was embarrassing. Secondly, my phone lags severely, even when using apps like WhatsApp or Instagram. The delayed response lasts for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, I have been eagerly waiting for the Oreo update since March. While I heard about the soak test for this model, I am disappointed that the update has not been released yet. Due to these problems, I am dissatisfied with Motorola's services and will not be purchasing their products in the future.

I experienced numerous issues with my first phone through Boost Mobile, and despite upgrading to a new phone, the problems persist. I believe the issue lies with Boost rather than the device itself. I rely on my phone to assist my elderly mother, so having a reliable device is crucial. When contacting Boost for assistance, they were unhelpful, leaving me with two malfunctioning phones and wasted minutes. I have been directed to fill out a form, but unfortunately, my phones and computers are not allowing me to do so.

I have a Motorola MBP855 Connect baby monitor. Lately, the monitor screen has been freezing, causing me concern. Despite seeing my baby seemingly asleep, she is actually crying and moving, which I only noticed because the sound alerts were working correctly. The monitor's sound sensitivity dots were red, indicating noise, but visually she appeared asleep. This discrepancy worried me, especially when I found her arm trapped in her crib one day. I have a Moto E5 from Metro PCS and there's an app that keeps appearing and disappearing on my phone. It looks like Facebook, but in the settings, it's labeled as a system app called "Invisible Net." I suspect this could be a data and surveillance app created by professional hackers. Despite resetting my phone multiple times and trying various antivirus apps, I can't detect or remove it. I've also noticed it vanishes after certain actions, like calling a friend or researching it online.
This app seems to be constantly monitoring my activities, leading me to believe my phone has been compromised. I've never encountered virus issues before and have never sought a warranty replacement for any previous phones. I'd like to request a replacement phone as this one appears to be compromised beyond repair.

I am writing this message with regret as last month in April [redacted], I purchased a new Moto G7 Power from S.K.Mobile showroom in Vadodara, Gujarat, India as a birthday gift for my wife. I have always been a fan of Motorola phones, having previously enjoyed using the Moto Z play in [redacted]. Encouraged by my positive experience, I recommended the Moto G7 Power to my wife. Unfortunately, within just 25 days, the phone developed issues such as not displaying the caller's information during incoming calls and occasional freezing due to software problems. Being a middle-class individual, it is not feasible for me to purchase another phone so soon after buying this one. I hope for a resolution either by fixing the phone or refunding my money. I am disappointed and disheartened by this experience and will not be recommending Motorola products in the future.

I purchased a Moto G6 phone a year ago. Recently, the phone charger stopped working when I was back in my hometown three weeks ago. I visited the authorized service center nearby, and they mentioned it was due to the phone cable. They said they were out of stock and needed to order it. In the meantime, I got a temporary cable, but the phone didn't charge. They also advised against using the new cable until the original one arrived to avoid losing data in case of an update. Later, they identified a scratch during inspection and suggested replacing the back cover. They then mentioned a battery issue and the need for a replacement. It's been over 2 weeks now, and the required parts are still not available. The service center seems to be delaying until my warranty expires in June, which is disappointing. The whole experience with Motorola service has left me dissatisfied.

The Moto 5 I purchased has a factory defect and won't turn on, rendering it useless to me. This issue is not due to any fault or misuse on my part, but rather a problem with the phone itself. I've been a loyal customer for years and now I'm facing disruption to my business because of this faulty device. Despite my requests, MetroPCS has refused to acknowledge the problem and won't replace the phone.
