I booked through hotels.com * rooms for * nights for my men while working out of town. This location **** North Pan Am Expressway San Antonio Tx ***** was FILTHY. Dead bugs, dirt and hair on floor. Sink and tub not cleaned out from previous occupant. My guys went to the front office and they were told that cleaning services were suspended. I could understand daily cleaning for my guys during their stay but being dirty from the previous people is not ok. This location was so dirty that my guys told the front desk they were checking out early and I called as well to inform them. They man said that he would have the manager credit the remaining two nights for all three rooms. this did not happen. A rep from hotels.com contacted the manager and he was very rude said they were never informed that the guys were checking out early and hung up on the rep when he asked for a name. I called the hotel and asked for the manager the man said how can i help you? I said I would like to speak to a manager and he again said how can i help you? I asked are you the manager? he AGAIN said how can i help you very rudely. I asked for his name and he said David. I started explaining the situation and he acted like it was the first time he had heard of it then rudely interrupted me. I asked if any if it was ringing any bells and he said he would have to call me back because he did not have time to deal with me at the moment. I said I would like to wait on hold if possible. I was hung up on. I called back asked if there was another manager he said no and i told you i was busy and will have to call you back. I asked again if I could hold and again was hung up on. Our company does a lot of out of town and I have never had such poor and rude customer service. I would like the refund I was told would be credited completed. A total of ***.**
