The issue in GetHuman-erekaedw's own words
On last year I went to the motel * in Lewisville, Tx and before I got to the hotel I called to see if they could accommodate * people and was told by the African James that they could do so so. When I actually got there he had a different story and told me that they couldn't accommodate me after I had already paid for the rooms . I asked him if they beds were full and he told me they were queen beds. However that is not the case they barely even fit me and my child in one bed. They are false advertising. During this time I tried to rectify the situation and spoke to the MOD named and she doesn't even look at the people to address them properly or listen to their concerns. **On *********- I Booked my room and drove * hours to get told they couldn't rent to me anymore I asked James why and he said about an review you submitted last year and trashed the room. I began to tell him what happened and he was like oh yeah I remember this clearly. I had to stop myself from calling him a liar because I stay at too many hotels throughout the year and have never complained on one or even been treated this way. I have too much sense and was raised the proper way to know how to clean up after myself when leaving a room. I was going to cancel the room and then he was like if you have someone else they can rent the room for you. So I grab my cousin out the car and she puts the room in here name so instead of cancelling the reservation he changed it and put it in her name. I pay for the one night upfront and then the next morning I was trying to extend it for the next night and was presented with we are unable to do so. To me it seems like James intentionally knew what he was doing and then turned around places my cousin on the do not rent list. I was told by Tabitha that the GM would contact me and nothing has happened. I called this morning and spoke to Owen and he was rude and when asking to speak to the GM he said she was busy would you like to leave a message and I replied no because I haven't been called after I was promised and he said I don't know what to tell you. I asked for the number to corporate and he said to look it up. I do have a attorney who will look at my case.
