I am requesting reimbursement for the fee charged to my credit card for a family wedding where the * family was reimbursed and the other * rooms were charged to my credit card.

DearMotel *,**We wish to complain about quality and condition of the rooms at the Motel *, in Olathe, Kansas on October **, ****.**We are complaining because we were a party of * families that had booked * rooms at Olathe, Kansas Motel * for a family wedding. We had planned using the motel as our home away from home for * days and expected the comfort and cleanliness that we are accustomed to in our own homes. However this was not the case.**Upon arrival of the first couple of our party they informed us that they were not taking the room. They told us the hallway and the room they were assigned had a horrible odor and the accommodations were not clean. When they called us we could sense the stress and emotion in their voice as they told us of their disappointment. Whereby they immediately complained to the front desk, saying that the room had a terrible odor and it was unacceptable. They asked the front desk individual for a total refund.They were told that nothing could be done and they would be charged with a cancellation fee for a one night stay.**Under the circumstances this was totally unacceptable to them since they hadn’t even been in the room for more than * minutes. They left the property and called customer service to complain. Whereby after two day investigation they were offered a refund by check.**When we first learned of this problem, we also contacted customer service as well, (date of the call) at Motel *, only to be told that nothing could be done about our problem. We believe that this response is unfair because we were part of the same group. Under these circumstances and in lieu of the fact that part of our group was promised a refund we feel we are due reimbursement as well.**We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If we do not hear from you within * days we will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies. We are enclosing copies of our receipt. This is especially frustrating since the one family that arrived and then asked for a reimbursement received the reimbursement, and the * additional parties never checked in
I want to be reimbursed my money for the * rooms that we never checked into, the motel was probably able to resell the rooms since the KC Chiefs had a home game and there was a Nascar Race that weekend.
Called the Customer Service and the hotel Manager directly.
