Jamez Cash..*Phone: ***-***-*****Email:*J*****@***.com**Whom may this concern my name is Jamez Cash I arrived there at the location Motel * in Lewisville Tx and your company employee Disaree was trying to assistant me with my reservation. Disaree and her manager was very unprofessional and out of place period as they tried to assist me. “But as Disaree tried processing my payments she repeatedly kept trying to process it for about the total of * times.*So now at this point I’m aggravated now. Also my card for my credit card account is locked now because of her unprofessional Acts mishaps etc. So now I’m suffering from your company and all the mistakes your employees. So I would like my full refund and I would like to be accommodated for the company MOTEL * mistakes in references to this inquiry. Now at this point I need to be also accompanied also for Pain and Suffering by which I cannot purchase my Medications due to my illnesses and also I booked and payed my reservation in $US dollars to ensure my inquiry was completed. Then after I put my luggage bag in the room and left due to I immediately got sick after I enter the room wow I was impressed because the room was unacceptable bed bugs and uncleanliness restroom and the Ac unit unfortunately didn’t work so I immediately left and tried contacting her but she proposly ignored me and my request and she also lied and said her Manager Tabatha was not at the location she lied because I call back and wow the manager Tabatha pick up the phone and now she didn’t really give me a chance to explain the situation she was rude and she was talking over me so tragically so Again I say my account is lock due to her mistakes prior.*Just was rude and had an attitude problem prior from when I called before I arrive at the location MOTEL * in Lewisville Tx.*PLEASE contact me immediately due to Urgent!** Jamez Cash*Phone: ***-***-*****Email:*J*****@***.com**Subject: Urgent!
