The issue in GetHuman-emaio's own words
First I wanna say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Today I checked into the motel* in West Warwick Rhode Island at *am. I was parked in there huge empty parking lot right in front of the only sign that said customer parking only. tell my why I wake up and walk to my car multiple times with the employee at the front desk seeing me do so without anything being said and going back to my room and an hour later checking out and going to my car and finding it not there... I make some calls and find out the hotel had it towed! I was a paying customer parked in the motel parking lot where there was absolutely no sign saying I cannot park where I parked no employee told me I could not park where I parked after seeing me go to my car multiple times and absolutely nobody let me know my car was towed even when I asked at the desk if they new what happen to my car! I had to walk ** miles in ** degree weather to get my car back for being towed because your motel* wrongly called a tow on my car. I just find it absolutely ridiculous that the motel would have a paying customers cars towed what kind of business is that? I would never want to go back there again.. to top it off I just got payed and because of that tow it took my entire paycheck to get my car back.. I don’t make much money and that is really going to effect my life a lot.. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do until I get payed again.. I would definitely like a refund for my motel room and for having the worst experience at your motel.. ideally I’d like to get the money back I payed to get my car out of tow seeing it was your motel that caused this when there was no reason for it to be towed in the first place.. I’m very disappointed and hope this can be resolved I have pictures of where I parked I have pictures of the signs and I have the receipt for my tow and the dispatch from the tow and that it was the motel* employee that called it in. I don’t know if the towing company and the motel* have some kind of deal or something where they **** people over for money but I’d definitely look into it.. my motel room was **$ and the tow was ***$ I hope to get a response. Thankyou
