*********On June *th **** I was charged $**.** on my card. The reservation was for June *st ****. I did cancel the reservation. But when I go and call and try to figure things out no one seems to want to help me or find that I cancelled that reservation. All these folks want to do is get this attitude with me thinking that they can intimidate me or make it justifiable in their head that charging $**.** on someone else's account is okay. And you know as well as I do that it is not. I understand the rules and regulations of what y'all have to do with the company especially booking through a third party. I totally understand. I don't have the time to sit there and hunt and Peck and get information. I do have a job and I know you guys have better things to do other than deal with people like me. I just need that $**.** back onto my card as soon as possible. If you have any questions my number is ***-***-**** thank you
