I reserved a 4-night stay at Motel 6 in Tallahassee, FL for July 5th to 7th. Arriving a day early and paying for an additional night on July 4th, we checked in at 3:20 PM on July 5th to room [redacted]. Upon inspection, we found bed bugs on both beds. I, Melanie Paulus, requested a refund from the checkout attendant named Sara. Despite her initially trying to charge us for an extra 30 minutes, she eventually gave us a refund. My son, Josh, recorded the conversation I, Brad Smith, had with Sara, who was impolite. Witnessing a black new model Mustang driving recklessly in the parking lot added to the unpleasant experience. Motel 6 staff did not address these issues. Please contact Mr. Brad Smith at [redacted].

I have been residing at Studio6 for a month, but housekeeping has been minimal. I often have to wash the towels and sheets myself, incurring extra costs. My current issue is that when I went to pay for my room yesterday, I was informed it's booked for Thursday to Saturday. I wasn't informed about this on Monday. Due to health reasons like a collapsed lung, COPD, kidney cancer, and being prone to heart attacks and strokes, I can't be out in the heat or exert myself. With no vehicle due to my medications, I now have to come up with double the amount to move to a different location with less than a day's notice. I've been a loyal customer of Motel6 for 30 years, and I'm quite upset about this unforeseen situation. My house won't be ready for moving in until the end of the following week.

During our stay at the Tewksbury Motel 6, our experience was disappointing. We found pubic hair in the tub, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was extremely rude. The lady claimed she personally cleaned the room, but we later found cigarette tobacco on the table in the next room. After several attempts, housekeeping finally cleaned our room properly. However, months later, we were denied room rental because of our previous complaint about the cleanliness issue. This situation left us frustrated as we were not seeking a refund or compensation, just a clean room. The additional cost for transportation to New Hampshire on July 5, [redacted], due to this incident was unwelcome. We believe customers should be able to voice their concerns without being penalized.

During our stay from July 3rd to July 6th, we experienced several issues. Our room initially had no pillows, and despite reporting it, this wasn't resolved until our last day. Additionally, we had stained sheets which we had to replace ourselves. The water in the shower took 20 minutes to heat up and had low pressure. On the night of July 6th, there was excessive noise from the room above, sounding like construction work. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at, this one feels more like a 1 to 2-star establishment. Though they keep the light on for you, other aspects are lacking. The price of $[redacted] for our stay does not seem justified considering the problems we encountered.

My companion and I arrived at Motel 6 on June 27th and have found the staff to be friendly at [redacted] Anderson Road Orlando Florida [redacted]. Although the location is nice, our experience in Room [redacted] until July 24th has been disappointing. We raised concerns about cockroaches and a clogged sink, which weren't resolved, prompting a move to Room [redacted] on July 4th. We were charged for both rooms initially, but after bringing it to their attention, they acknowledged the error. Despite being given one night, the issues with pests, plumbing, and lack of towels persist. For four days now, we've had to request towels daily from the front desk due to a towel shortage, which seems unusual for an establishment like Motel 6. Additionally, we've encountered biased treatment from the security guard based on our appearances - my partner, a younger black man, has been continually stopped when visiting the nearby 7-Eleven. Our requests for improvement have yet to be addressed after spending over $[redacted] during our week-long stay here. A resolution is needed.

I have never been one to complain about a business, being a laid-back person. However, my experience from the moment I arrived at this establishment has been a nightmare. I called just 3 minutes before arriving to inquire about the pool, which they confirmed they had. The lady quoted me a price for a room with tax, but upon arrival, it mysteriously increased by $10. Despite her rudeness, I tried to remain calm. The room itself was appalling - dirty floors, sloppily made beds, non-functional TV, and only one working outlet. When I raised these issues at the front desk, I was met with indifference. Considering my purpose for booking was my kids' enjoyment of the pool, we were all hugely disappointed to discover it was closed. The overall lack of customer service is truly unacceptable.

During my stay with my daughter at the Williamsburg VA hotel, we encountered various issues that made our experience unpleasant. The condition of the hotel was poor, evident by the sagging upper floor walkways and cigarette burns on the sheets. Additionally, ants in the room and disruptive noises from neighboring guests affected our sleep. Despite my complaints, the disturbances persisted, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with transient guests making my daughter uncomfortable. After enduring two nights of disrupted rest, we decided to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, my request for a refund for the final night was denied. This was the worst experience I have had at one of your properties, and I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I am seeking a full refund for the entire three-day stay.

On July 4th, I made a reservation at Motel 6 in E. Columbia, MO for medical testing at the hospital. Initially, I booked for one person, then updated it for two. Despite this, upon check-in, they insisted I had four guests and charged extra without my consent. I specifically told them not to charge one of my cards, but they did anyway. The additional charge happened due to a misunderstanding about the number of guests, even though the extra individuals had already left. I felt deceived as I was not informed of the extra charges, given that only my bed was used. The situation left me upset and feeling taken advantage of, especially as a senior citizen. I demand a refund for the unauthorized charges and expect better communication and transparency from the Motel 6 staff.

I have been staying at a hotel in Baltimore, MD in Woodlawn since Tuesday, July 3, [redacted]. Unfortunately, despite my request, housekeeping entered my room, moved my belongings, and some valuable items went missing. Moreover, the room door was left unlocked and broken, compromising my safety. I was relocated to a different room for the night, but no action was taken regarding the intrusion or missing items. I urgently need to be contacted. Thank you for your assistance. Email me at [redacted] Phone number is [redacted]. Thank you, T. H.

I made a reservation at Consuelo Brooks in Linda, CA on June 30, [redacted]. The room was paid for with my debit card. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk charged my card again. After noticing the double charge and showing her my bank statement, she agreed to credit one charge back, mentioning I used a different card which was incorrect. She assured the refund within 1 to 3 business days. Despite this, as of the 7th of the month, I have not received the credit. Please look into this and refund the amount immediately. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

I made a reservation through Priceline for a room at Motel 6 located at [redacted] Ostrems Way, Serrano Village, CA. My experience there was incredibly humiliating. Despite booking a double room with 2 double beds for my family of 6, including 2 infants, we were asked to leave because having more than 4 children was considered a fire hazard. The desk clerk was rude and disrespectful, publicly embarrassing me in front of my kids. I was shocked by their strict policies and the lack of empathy. We couldn't afford another room and had to sleep in our car since the charges wouldn't be refunded for 7 days. The environment outside the hotel with apparent drug users and solicitation only added to the distress. It was disheartening how I was treated despite following the hotel's policies.

I rented a room that was infested with roaches, and when I complained to the front desk late at night, I was inadequately assisted. I have had to switch rooms multiple times due to the roach issue and encountered rudeness from the staff. This morning, there was a frightening incident with gunshots nearby, adding to my discomfort. To add to my frustration, housekeeping mistakenly took my personal bamboo pillow, which was not intended for removal. The front desk was unhelpful in resolving the matter, and I feel mistreated as a paying guest. I have documentation of the poor conditions and incidents and want this matter addressed promptly, especially since I couldn't file a complaint due to the unavailability of forms on-site. Kindly look into the situation at the Delk Road location.

I am Donette H. staying at Motel 6, [redacted] Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN. Upon arrival, I was placed in room [redacted] which had a smoke smell. I requested a room change and was relocated to room [redacted] after paying an extra $5.46. In the second room, the phone didn't work, and I encountered roaches and a faulty sink. I informed the front desk, but these issues persisted. Despite paying additional costs and dealing with these inconveniences, my concerns were not adequately addressed. I checked in on Sunday around 5-6 pm and will leave by 9 am on Monday. The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness at this Motel 6 location is unlike my previous experiences with the chain. I am disappointed with the service and conditions and believe a refund is warranted.

We were unexpectedly evicted from our home, forcing us to seek refuge in a budget hotel due to my daughter's medical needs. Upon arrival in the middle of the night, we discovered ants, bugs, and a pill on the bathroom floor. We reached out to the front desk, as advised by staff, but were met with indifference and were wrongly accused of contacting corporate when we had not. Despite trying to address the issues directly, we were turned away. We then found comfort at Motel 6 near Cedar Creek Mall, where we received better service despite having to pay more. Our pleas for help have gone unanswered, and we feel mistreated by the initial hotel's unfair judgment. We simply seek resolution and acknowledgement of the unsatisfactory conditions we faced.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at the Motel 6 in West Warwick, Rhode Island. Despite following what appeared to be the designated customer parking, my car was towed without any warning or communication from the staff. I had to walk 10 miles in 80-degree weather to retrieve my car, causing a significant financial strain since it took my entire paycheck to cover the towing fees. This unexpected expense has greatly impacted my finances. I believe I am owed a refund for the room and the towing fees due to the unjust towing of my car. I have evidence of the parking situation, as well as the towing receipt showing it was initiated by a Motel 6 staff member. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

On 07-12-18, I stayed at your motel and encountered numerous issues right from the start. When trying to unlock the door, I was dripped on by the AC unit outside. Upon entering the room, I was again dripped on by the AC unit inside, which had frost all over it. The toilet in the room was not securely bolted down and would move while in use, requiring me to fix it. Additionally, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was no fresh toilet paper. Throughout the night, the toilet was noisy, refilling constantly. Despite paying nearly $75 for room [redacted] in Janesville, WI, I had a terrible experience. When reporting these problems during checkout, the receptionist was indifferent. The manager offered only $20 off a future stay and was unresponsive to my concerns. I am seeking a full refund of $75 before leaving Wisconsin on 07-12-18, as I am dissatisfied and feel mistreated.

I recently checked into Motel 6 through Expedia for a week for $[redacted].50. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The first room I was given was dirty and looked like someone had been sleeping in the bed with alcohol cans in the room. The second room had a smell and stains on the bedding, with strangers banging on my door and bedbugs biting me after just 5 minutes. When I informed the staff, they only offered to switch rooms, which did not solve the problem. I requested a refund so I could find alternative accommodation but was denied. I ended up spending the night in my car and now I am without a place to stay for the remainder of the week. I believe I am entitled to a full refund considering the unsatisfactory conditions I encountered. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been a regular guest at Motel 6 and never encountered any issues until last night on 07/09/18. While outside my room briefly, a security guard informed me about a no-open-door policy after 10 pm, which I promptly followed. However, shortly after, noisy guests congregated outside for an extended period without any intervention from security. Subsequently, my husband went to the car to cool down, and within minutes, a security guard approached shining a flashlight into his face, citing the same policy. We feel unfairly targeted and would like this situation addressed for our future stays at Motel 6 to be enjoyable. Otherwise, we may have to reconsider our continued patronage and recommendations to others.

I encountered numerous issues during my stay at Motel 6 in Buena Park. Upon arrival, I was informed of a one-hour wait for the room to be cleaned, which was reasonable. However, when I returned, they had given away my room and I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for a new room. The replacement room was dirty and already occupied. After finally getting a clean room, it was not properly maintained - dirty floors, no towels or pillowcases, and a remote with dead batteries. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and despite reporting it, no one came to address the issue promptly. Throughout these incidents, there was a lack of customer service, no apologies, and an overall negative attitude from the staff. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, I was never given the opportunity. I am extremely dissatisfied and request a full refund due to the unacceptable handling of the situation.

During our week-long stay at Motel 6 Santa Clara for our daughter's medical appointments, we encountered a parking issue caused by patrons of the Korean restaurant on the property. Despite signs indicating parking for motel guests only, luxury vehicles occupied all the spots on July 8th, leaving us without parking. After unsuccessful attempts to address the matter with the front office, the problem persisted into our second day, making it difficult for us to even take our daughter out for a meal or ice cream. We expressed frustration at the lack of resolution to the staff, hoping someone would intervene with the restaurant and assist motel guests like us. The ongoing parking problem has marred our extended stay, and we believe urgent action is necessary to rectify this situation.
