I send a money to the us but the transaction was completed in store and certain functionality is unavailable online

If a transaction was completed in-store at Moneygram, it's not available to manage online. If the recipient is having issues picking up the funds or if you need to request a refund, you would need to return to the same Moneygram location where you made the transaction to get assistance. Please remember to bring your ID and the receipt you got when you sent the money. They will provide the necessary assistance you need. Keep in mind transactions can only be modified or refunded by the person who sent the money.
