I went to a MoneyGram location around * p.m. today on November *st **** to receive money and I had given the representative all the correct information the reference number and my name and my ID number unfortunately the representative put the wrong letter on my ID number so therefore I wasn't able to receive the funds because of the mistake the representative made on the ID number I've been trying to get through to customer service for the last ** minutes to talk to a supervisor about the situation the representatives name was Alex my name is Stephen Harris sender was lavearn London *Reference number ******** and then after Alex told me the transfer had been activated and I could go and receive the funds from the register at the CVS I was at I went to the register and the employee told me that the first letter of my ID number was not matching my I'd number is F******* the representative put S******* instead I guess it was a mistake or he thought I said "S" instead of "F" so I'm thinking maybe he misunderstood me and put the wrong letter and therefore I wasn't able to get any funds the transaction was for $** and I called back after the employee at the register told me that the ID number was wrong on the computer and then another representative told me that he could not change the letter and he still would not cooperate with me or release the funds to me and then I asked to speak to his supervisor and I never got to speak to a supervisor I was on hold for ** plus minutes and then next thing you know the representative hung up on me so I'm trying to find a way to receive my funds or a way to fix it you can call me on my cell phone number ********** I am not very happy I want to talk to a supervisor and figure out how to go about fixing it because the representative made a mistake not me I have a photo ID I have the reference number I have the sender's name it's my grandmother she was sending it for my birthday I expect to hear from you guys soon
