When I first played Minecraft, I set up a Microsoft account to join my friends on different platforms using a different Gmail since my own was disabled. However, logging in with the Microsoft account didn't work, and I kept getting an error message about someone trying to access my account. After recovering my Gmail and deleting the previous account linked to the other email, I can no longer select a different account to log in with on Minecraft.

Hello, I'm Tyler, and my boyfriend and I have encountered various issues in our Minecraft world. Our name-tagged horses, foxes, and cats have been disappearing entirely. The game freezes, kicking us out, causing our characters to freeze without animations. The sun and moon reset, items glitch when thrown, textures turn pink or break, pause menu displays pink and black, and the world got corrupted when crouching. When entering water, the game freezes, blocks briefly turn invisible when placed, name-tagged bees multiply, random walls appear, some players can't see certain elements in split-screen, character sizes change unexpectedly, chests and barrels wrongly appear open. All these problems began after using a specific texture pack in the beta version of the game.

I have two Bedrock PS4 world templates where the title appears as pack.name when I try to load them. Despite trying to troubleshoot by restarting Minecraft and my console, the issue persists. One world, Festive Pizza Delivery Sim, gives an error message while the other, Dwarven Mining Company, loads without any resource/behavior packs. I purchased both about a week ago for over $10 combined and have been unable to enjoy them. On PS4, my username is Amnxsiadonkey and on Microsoft, it is Trickishlamp138, although I am currently unable to sign in due to an error message. Thank you.

I am having difficulty accessing my account as I do not remember the login details. The email associated with my account is no longer accessible. When I tried to create a new Gmail using the same email, it showed that it already exists. However, when I attempt to log in, it states that the account does not exist. Additionally, the security questions I am providing are being marked as incorrect, even though I am certain about the information. I am puzzled by this situation. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Many players, including myself and my friends who use the PS4 Bedrock Edition, are experiencing a common issue when attempting to play Minecraft. The problem occurs when certain players are unable to join specific worlds due to the error message "Unable to connect to world." Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the game, reconnecting Microsoft accounts, and seeking solutions online, the issue remains unresolved. Many gamers have reached out to Mojang for assistance in addressing this bug. While enhancing parity is beneficial, addressing critical bugs should take priority, particularly in the latest iteration of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Best regards.

In one of my Minecraft worlds named Big Chunkus, I recently journeyed to the Nether in snapshot 20w09a. I was attempting to construct a cobblestone bridge with a roof to shield myself (and others in the future when the world becomes a server) from ghasts. Despite my efforts, there were consistently 6-8 ghasts present, most of them targeting me while I built the bridge. I was knocked off by a fireball that, to my frustration, was not preceded by a warning sound from a ghast. I lost blast protection 2 full diamond armor, a looting 2 sharpness 2 sword, an unbreaking 3 efficiency 3 fortune 1 sword, my punch 2 power 4 unbreaking 3 flame bow, as well as all my cobblestone, torches, and other possessions. A similar issue with ghast overcrowding occurred in [redacted] and was resolved. I recognize that this is a snapshot on the PC, but I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Thank you. Sincerely, OmnikingXicor

I created this Minecraft account approximately 9 years ago and unfortunately lost access to the email linked to it. I have tried all my known email accounts and those of my family to no avail. I am seeking assistance in recovering the email associated with my Minecraft account as I have not performed any account transfers or migrations. This account holds sentimental value due to the memories attached to it, and I would appreciate any help in regaining access. The account name is AnryCreeper, and I can provide additional information if necessary. Thank you for your consideration and have a wonderful day.

I'm experiencing a common issue when trying to purchase a game. After entering my card information and attempting to buy it, I receive an error message about a transaction problem. This has happened twice, and my bank account has been charged twice without me receiving the game. I'm disappointed with this situation and looking forward to a prompt response.

I am experiencing an issue with Minecraft Java on my mid to high-end PC. Despite having an RTX [redacted] Super and a Ryzen 5 [redacted], I am only getting around 30fps on high settings while others with similar hardware achieve thousands of fps. My GPU should handle shaders at over 100fps, and I have not installed any mods on Minecraft. I am new to playing games on PC but have run games like Rainbow Six Siege without any problems. I suspect there might be an issue in my in-game settings, but I can't pinpoint the exact problem. My system includes 16GB of 3000MHz G.Skill RAM and a [redacted] EVO Plus 500GB SSD.

I am currently encountering an issue in Minecraft where my frame rate is significantly lower than expected on my mid-to-high end PC. Despite easily achieving 165fps on other games matching my monitor's refresh rate, Minecraft struggles even on the lowest settings with a 15-chunk render distance. Observing others with the same CPU and GPU easily hitting over 1000fps on max settings and 100fps with shaders, it's confusing why I am experiencing this discrepancy. To demonstrate my problem, I've shared a video on my YouTube channel showcasing frame rates on both lowest and highest settings while flying. If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this issue, I would appreciate the assistance. Specs: RTX [redacted] Super, Ryzen 5 [redacted], 16GB 3000MHz RAM, [redacted] EVO Plus 500GB Video of my issue: [redacted] Reference video: [redacted] Additional reference video: [redacted]

I used a bank transfer to purchase Minecraft, but I have not received the game. Despite reaching out to Minecraft support twice, I have not received any response or confirmation of the purchase. The money has been deducted from my bank account, but there's been no progress. When I log into the account used for the purchase, it still prompts me to get Minecraft, and the transaction seems stuck. It appears that the payment may not have gone through on their end.

Hello. I recently bought the 'Minecraft for Windows Master Edition' for my son. We successfully downloaded it. However, after he signed into his account, the PC crashed. Upon logging back in, none of the [redacted] coins or purchased items were available. It seemed like he never had the coins. We were able to download the additional skins, textures, and packs, but the purchased items are missing. Can you assist us in locating these missing items? Thank you.

I recently rejoined my old multiplayer server and while adjusting some settings, I somehow disabled the in-game chat and commands like "/". After troubleshooting, I managed to resolve by enabling the Chat Shown option. However, I then encountered another issue where certain actions like equipping armor with Shift+Left Click or dragging items in the crafting table and inventory were not responsive. I have to click and hold for a second before I can move items, which is quite inconvenient. Even the shortcut to move items from the crafting table to my inventory doesn't work smoothly. I'm unsure if this is a laptop or settings problem. I attempted to resolve it by deleting Minecraft, but the issue persists.

While playing Minecraft today, my Wi-Fi was in and out, but I tried to continue playing even though I have the game digitally on PS4. At one point, after about 15 minutes, I received a message stating my game would close due to lack of proper verification since the Wi-Fi was off. After reopening the game, it glitched and prompted me to unlock the full game. Strangely, it now only allows me to wander around, not mine or interact with anything. Upon reconnecting to Wi-Fi, it disabled trophies. This is disheartening because this world was where I focused on achieving trophies for a year without cheating. I need assistance with this issue.

I am experiencing issues logging into my account frequently. Even when I manage to log in, I am unable to access any servers. I have verified that my information is correct and even changed my password successfully. This problem persists on multiple devices, including a Windows 8 PC and a Vista laptop. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, and resetting my PC, the issue seems to be on your end. I have submitted multiple support tickets without any response or assistance. I have checked my email for the transaction ID, but it is not present. My account is linked to [redacted] I am reaching out for assistance as I am uncertain how to proceed at this point.

I am having trouble connecting my personal devices. I have reached out for assistance multiple times, and I am aware that your refund policy is valid for only 14 days. I hope the delay in your support does not hinder my access to help. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Additionally, I purchased the game one week ago. Transaction ID: Braintree: jyq5wx2y

Hello, English is not my first language, so please excuse any mistakes I may make. We are playing Minecraft on the PlayStation 4. I have a large and old Minecraft world. Since the latest update, the world has been crashing due to corruption issues. Today, while playing Minecraft, the world crashed, and now I cannot open it anymore. We are very saddened by this as we've had the world for about 7 years and always played on this map. I do have a backup, so the world is not completely unplayable. However, every time I try to load the map, the application closes with the error code CE-[redacted]-0. There is a saved data file labeled "crashed data." I have made sure everything is updated and tried reopening after restarting, but nothing has worked. We have backups, but the latest buildings are missing due to the crash. We would prefer to play on the original map rather than a backup copy. I feel sorry for everyone who plays on our map, and we have put a lot of time and love into building many houses. I was flying with the elytra when the map started looking strange and then crashed due to world corruption. This has happened before, but this time I cannot open the map at all as the application closes repeatedly. Please assist me as this Minecraft world holds immense sentimental value for us.

Two years ago, I bought Minecraft Java Edition and played it for a short period. This year, I wanted to start playing again but couldn't remember my account details, so I created a new one with my email, chosen name, and payment information. I received a verification code promptly after making the payment. However, when I entered it, I encountered an error message stating that the card information was not entered correctly. I checked my phone and saw that the payment had gone through. To summarize, I paid for the game, but the registration process didn't proceed. I already had Minecraft on my PC. When I logged in with my new account (which I just paid for), it only let me access the demo and prompted me to buy Minecraft again. I'm trying to stay rational, but I can't understand this system error. Please help me resolve this issue as I don't want to start with a third account. Thank you for reading this message, and I hope you can assist me.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Minecraft account under the username themiliabedila. Recently, I encountered an issue where I would be logged out briefly after logging in with my password. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to recall the email associated with the account. This is frustrating for me as I have made purchases totaling about $20 for in-game coins. I have tried all possible email addresses I could have used but to no avail. Reaching out to Minecraft for assistance has proven challenging as they require the email linked to the account, which I do not remember. I primarily play Minecraft on IOS and would appreciate any guidance on how to recover access to my account.

Hello, I sent the following email to Amazon and received a response that I should contact you: Please provide us with the following information so we can assist you with answering your question: 1. Name of the software or game: Minecraft Store Item 4 2. Type of device and version of the operating system (if PC or Mac): Lenovo TAB 2 A7-10F with Android Version 5.0 3. Please tell us the reason why you want to return the software or game. After an initial installation attempt that did not work according to a message from the device (or from Amazon?), I thought I could try again without any issues, as the download was marked as non-repeatable. However, I ended up purchasing the "Minecraft Store Item 4" twice and I can't even find it on the device yet. From my perspective, there are two possibilities: A. You cancel both purchases (from Saturday, 25.4.), since I haven't received anything (error messages appeared during both downloads, but I did receive a bill) or you give me a tip on how to download it after all. In that case, I would still ask you to cancel one purchase. 4. A callback number and when we can reach you for further questions. [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] should work fine from around 15:00. Otherwise, feel free to contact me via email. Thank you and best regards
