Hello,
I'm experiencing difficulty accessing a realm in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition that my friend purchased on his PC. I am using v1.14.60 on my Xbox One without Xbox Live Gold. When I try to open the play menu and access the realm, an error message pops up indicating "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up." Following the instructions, my dad adjusted the privacy and online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings, allowing for friends on my account. Despite making these changes, the error persists. My dad also attempted to uninstall and reinstall my Xbox account to no avail. Even when logged into his own account with adult default settings, the error message remains. Any assistance with resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. My gamertag is WilyCreature356 and my dad's is BurlyGuitar1208.

Around 2:21 AM, I purchased an adventure pack for Minecraft called the Lucky Block from My Black Lab Studios. After the download, I attempted to access it in-game, but encountered an issue where it prompted me to buy it again. Despite refreshing and checking my packs, the purchased content is not accessible, as it still requires payment within the game.

Good evening.
Tonight around 7:00 p.m., I purchased a package called "Lucky Blocks" for PS4.
The purchase was made directly on the Minecraft application.
It cost €4.99.
The game is telling me I do not own the application (lock) even though the payment was made successfully.
My nickname is sicuri2000, and my account is "[redacted]".
I am waiting for a response.

In [redacted] or around then, I created a Minecraft account with the username wonderfuI_skins, but I've forgotten the login details. The account was registered using my father's Hotmail email that included his name and my last name. Unfortunately, he no longer has access to that email, and I haven't been able to log in since mid-[redacted]. I have invested a significant amount of money in the account, including VIP status on many servers, and I would like to update the email and password. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I recently used a service called TheAltening for server authentication, but ran into compatibility issues with the Badlion client. In an attempt to switch back, I uninstalled TheAltening and Minecraft, changed my password, but now I'm unable to sign in on my computer. Despite being able to log in on other devices and confirming my internet connection is stable, I keep getting an error message saying "Sorry! Make sure you’re online and try again." This is frustrating as I haven't been able to play for two weeks. Would appreciate any help or guidance on resolving this issue.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old Minecraft Java account, which I purchased in February [redacted]. Although I can still play the game on my PC, I cannot log in on Minecraft.net to merge it with a Mojang account for the Windows 10 version. Despite knowing my username and password, Minecraft.net requires an email that was possibly created with an old address I no longer have access to. I attempted to create a new account with my current email to merge the information but was unsuccessful. I tried contacting support, providing my in-game name, old emails, and transaction ID from [redacted], yet received no clear guidance on changing my email or merging accounts. Their responses redirect me to unhelpful FAQs, and the lack of a call center further complicates the situation.

I purchased the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition starter pack for AUD $39.95 via www.minecraft.net. I encountered an issue where the system claimed my card number was invalid even though AUD 39.95 was deducted from my bank account. The purchase was made on April 30th. My Skype account used for the purchase is bvm93me594. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the game despite the payment. Can someone assist me in either refunding the payment or providing a credit for me to retry the download process? Thank you. - Deepak

It's been a while, but an issue from the past has been bothering me, prompting me to seek a solution. My father gifted me Minecraft Java Edition which I enjoyed playing until I felt lonely and took a break. When I tried to return to the game, I found myself logged out of my account. Upon logging back in, to my dismay, I discovered that I no longer had access to Minecraft Java Edition. I felt really disheartened and unsure of what steps to take, so I pushed the problem aside. Though the details are a bit fuzzy due to the passage of time, I currently have the Windows 10 version. I was contemplating if there is a possibility of receiving a refund or similar assistance to regain access to the Java Edition version.

I have been attempting to access my realms for approximately an hour. I have tried troubleshooting various steps such as deleting and reinstalling the app, switching to a different WiFi connection to rule out any network issues, restarting my PC, and opening and closing the app multiple times. However, each time I try to open my realm, it gets stuck on the "loading resource pack" stage for a few minutes before notifying me that I cannot connect to the realm. Just to clarify, my subscription is currently active.

I recently bought a realm for me and my friends to enjoy. However, during the purchase, I didn't get the option to enable coordinates before generating the world. I had to activate cheats to change the gamerule, which made my friends unable to earn achievements, leading them to lose interest in playing on the world. This is my first time using realms, and I'm on my trial period. I am willing to continue paying if this issue can be resolved. I would like the realm's world to be reset with coordinates enabled and cheats disabled so that my friends can enjoy playing again. My Gamertag on Xbox Live is SIL Sam [redacted], I'm using the Xbox One edition of Minecraft, and I have a digital copy. Thank you, and I hope this matter can be sorted out for everyone's enjoyment.

I encountered an issue where Minecraft stopped working. Despite reinstalling and using the repair function, the game would freeze at 80% and display a "not responding" message. Ultimately, I found a temporary fix by ending the Minecraft launcher process in Task Manager. Now, while I can access Minecraft, the skins aren't loading for anyone, including myself, making everyone appear as Steve or Alex. This problem is quite frustrating. I sincerely need assistance with resolving the skin loading issue. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to access Minecraft without having to rely on Task Manager to close the launcher. The primary concern remains the skin dilemma.

I recently made a purchase on the Minecraft official website, but encountered an error during the transaction. The payment was deducted from my bank account without receiving a transaction ID. The bank confirmed the purchase of USD26.95 at Mojang on my card ending in [redacted], but I have not received the Minecraft Java Edition game. The bank awaits a response from the Minecraft website to accept the payment. Any clarification on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My child has made multiple in-game purchases from the Minecraft store. However, when attempting to access the skins, maps, and texture packs today, nothing shows up. Even the custom skins he created are unavailable. We are using the latest version of Minecraft for Windows 10, not the Java edition. This is the second time this issue has occurred, resulting in a loss of approximately $40. The account in question is under the username Froggyman08a, designated as a child account. As the parent linked to this account, I have tried reaching out to Minecraft support. Unfortunately, I was informed that everything appears normal on their end. They provided me with a now-defunct phone number and a reference number of SR[redacted]. My son is quite distressed by this situation, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I equipped top-tier Netherite armor and weapons for maximum survival, only for the game to fail me. While holding a Totem of Undying, my game abruptly crashed. Upon rejoining my friend's world, I perished at the hands of magma cubes within seconds, rendering the totem ineffective. The game's glitch set me back roughly 5 minutes. It's worth noting that I was not in proximity to the cubes when the crash happened. For this unacceptable experience, a complete refund is warranted. The frustration caused by losing progress due to circumstances beyond my control has resulted in a decision to cease playing unless my lost items are restored. The lack of accountability is disheartening.

I have owned Minecraft Java Edition for years. My dad bought it for me a while ago, even before spruce trees were added and when I could try the game on Minecraft.net. Recently, I realized there is a disconnect between Java Edition and the Windows 10 version. I am interested in getting the Windows 10 version to play with my boyfriend on a realm, as he plays on Xbox and I want to play on the Windows version. However, I am confused why I have to purchase the game again when I already own it. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I was playing Minecraft PS4 Edition earlier today without any issues. However, I suddenly heard a loud voice coming from my TV. I was using the Norse Mythology texture pack with the sound up and music down. Later, when I returned to the game, I saw the Modern HD texture pack cover with black and pink checkers. This strange pattern appeared on various screens in the game, including the "Create New" cover and world names. Even the game options had checkered patterns instead of on/off switches. The multiplayer section also had this design. Just a quick note: I originally had the Minecraft disk, but I deleted it to switch to the digital version while my friend used the disk. My PS4 username is snowy_Nxghts.

I purchased Minecraft Java Edition approximately 3-4 years ago, but I can no longer access the email linked to the account because I have forgotten the password and the recovery options are not working. The email in question is [redacted], and the username is 'AgentRocker'. I have been unable to play the game for the past 4 years due to these issues. The account recovery process with Minecraft has not been helpful, and I need assistance in changing the linked email to regain access to my account. I've been trying to resolve this for a month now, and it's important for me to access the account I paid for. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting for my password reset email for almost four days now, but it hasn't arrived. I reached out to customer service, but the responses I received were just generic emails. To make matters worse, a few days later, I was asked to rate their customer support even though my issue was not resolved. Interestingly, when I tried to reset my password for my Mojang account, which I used for playing Scrolls, it was done instantly. I'm not sure why there is a delay with the other account.

I bought Minecraft many years ago when I was young, and now I can't access my account. When Microsoft acquired Minecraft/Mojang, there was a realms free trial that my friends convinced me to join. To participate, I had to transfer my Minecraft account to a new Minecraft Studios account. The transfer was successful, but after the trial ended, I couldn't log in with my username, email, and password. I believe the email could be either [redacted] or [redacted] My username is NoahH225 and my password is Titan1121. When I try to log in, it says my credentials are wrong, and the account transfer page states that my account has already been moved. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue because I have cherished memories playing this game and would like to experience them again. Thank you for helping me understand what's going on.

While playing Minecraft with my friends, I accidentally clicked on a notification on my screen. I quickly exited the app but then my device crashed with a buzzing sound. When I returned to the game, a shulker box I had placed disappeared. I suspect the crash caused it to vanish while I was interacting with it. The box contains items I've collected over 6 months, so I'm eager to retrieve it. I've tried troubleshooting all day to no avail. Is there any way for me to recover my save file and retrieve the lost shulker box? I play Minecraft PE on an iPad Mini 4. Thank you.
