I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. I recently tried to join my friends on Minecraft by upgrading from the free demo using my Microsoft account for $31.98. Despite this, I couldn't access the full version to play with my friends. They suggested using the launcher from minecraft.net, where I ran into an issue claiming I only had the demo version. It appears the problem may be that I upgraded with a Microsoft account but now need a Mojang account for the launcher. I hope there is a way to resolve this without having to purchase the game again for $30. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hello, I need assistance with transferring my Minecraft account on Windows 10 to a different email address. Currently, it is linked to the same email that my elder daughter's Xbox One account uses. I want to ensure that this change won't impact her Xbox account, as she has accumulated points and friends associated with it. Thank you.

Good day, I have owned a Minecraft account since [redacted], and I have retained the email confirming the purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in, possibly due to either a hacking incident or simply forgetting the password. The email associated with the account, [redacted], was connected to a service that has since closed down, but I have since transferred my email to another account. I possess evidence of my Minecraft purchase. Despite my attempts to reach out to Mojang, I have not received a response which is quite frustrating. Please note that I am referring to Minecraft Java Edition. Apologies for any confusion.

I am hoping to regain access to my old Minecraft account. I can remember the password, but I have forgotten the username and no longer have access to the email I used to create it: [redacted] I'm wondering if you can assist me in checking the username associated with the account or possibly migrating it over to allow me to log in using that email address. I understand that this may be difficult since the account was created a long time ago, but any advice or help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm trying to create a Java account. I input my email, password, date of birth, and complete the "robot test." However, after finishing the robot test, it redirects me back to the sign-up page stating I already have an account. Assuming I can log in, I change my password, but upon attempting to log in with my credentials, nothing happens.
To troubleshoot, I create a new email for signing up. Yet, upon completing the process, it informs me I already have an account. Once again, trying to sign in proves unfruitful as nothing happens upon clicking the Sign In button. There seems to be no prompt for incorrect password, and occasionally, the robot test appears, but its completion only leads back to the sign-in page.

Hello, I've had a Minecraft account since [redacted], and I have the email confirming my purchase. I'm unable to log in, possibly due to my account being hacked or because I forgot my password. The account was linked to an email [redacted], which closed down for financial reasons, but I was able to transfer my email to another account. Therefore, I can still verify my Minecraft purchase.
I've been trying to reach out to Mojang, but they haven't responded, and I'm quite confused about the situation. Just to clarify, I am referring to Minecraft Java Edition. Apologies for any confusion.

My 8-year-old son was working on his new world on PS4 Minecraft when a power outage caused a corrupt file. I managed to save both the "old world" and "new world" data on a USB stick. I copied the files to the system storage, but upon restarting, only the "old world" is visible, the "new world" is missing. Then, we had a massive PS4 update, and the issue persisted. I have both worlds' data on the USB stick, but only one transfers. How can I transfer the "new world" from the USB stick to the system so we can access it? Also, is it possible to revert to the disk version and bypass the updated version?

My son bought Minecoins to get a new world on Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. Despite having enough storage space, the game keeps showing a "Not Enough Storage Space - 83MB" message when trying to download. I've tried troubleshooting by removing and updating the game, checking for updates, and even deleting some content from Minecraft with no success. Nintendo support and Minecraft directed me to a site where others are facing the same problem. I hope to resolve this software issue so my son can enjoy the game without any obstacles or receive a refund for the Minecoins used to buy Jurassic World.

I've been having trouble with my account for the past 15 days. I always use the same email and password, but now the password isn't working. I've tried resetting it, but I'm not getting any emails. I reached out to Mojang, but I haven't heard back yet. It's urgent for me to regain access because there's a 30-day time limit on one of the servers I frequent.

Hello, I'm Jenna. I've been a Minecraft fan for around 4 years now! I have a few questions regarding the azalea tree in the upcoming Version 1.17 (Caves & Cliffs) update. Will there be an azalea sapling? If so, when it grows, will there be a lush cave beneath it if there wasn't one previously? Will the azalea planks have a more "normal" color like oak or spruce, or will they be an "odd" color like crimson and warped, or something entirely new? Thanks for your time! It's fine if you can't answer these questions yet, as it's only been a week since the announcement. I hope my questions spark new ideas for you! I may have more questions later. Best wishes, Jenna. Email: [redacted].

My child cannot access her Minecraft account, which is a Pocket Edition account under the username JazaBB. Despite numerous attempts using different emails and passwords, we have been unable to log in. We initially believed that the email associated with the account was [redacted], which was in use when we purchased the game from iTunes on March 23, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted].
I am requesting assistance in resetting the password and linking the account to my current email [redacted] while retaining the username JazaBB and my child's creations. Is this feasible?
We have submitted several help requests, with the latest one ([redacted]) on October 7th. When trying to create a new Mojang account, it prompted us to repurchase the product, leaving us puzzled. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble logging into my account as it keeps saying "invalid email or password." When I try to reset my password by clicking the appropriate button, it redirects me to the Minecraft website without any helpful information. I click on the support button, but every option related to resetting my password requests either my email, which I cannot access, or my password, which is not working. I am frustrated because I had logged into the account on this computer a few hours ago, and now my password is not being accepted. Minecraft's website should redirect me to a helpful page when I click on "forgot password." Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were options to reset the password using a phone number and change the email associated with the account. Lastly, being automatically logged out after a short period of inactivity is inconvenient.

Hello,
I am encountering a serious issue with Minecraft Java Edition on my PC. I recently purchased an MSI PC named Alpha 15 A3dd, equipped with a Ryzen 7 [redacted] processor and an AMD Radeon RX 5500M graphics card. The problem arises from the use of two graphics cards, one integrated with the processor and the other more powerful and dedicated. While attempting to play Minecraft with shaders and texture packs, I notice that the PC defaults to using the integrated graphics card, which hinders the performance I am looking for. Despite my efforts to update drivers and adjust settings to prioritize the Radeon RX [redacted], Minecraft continues to use the integrated graphics. I even monitored this using MSI Afterburner, which confirmed that only the integrated card is active during gameplay. I have exhausted all driver options and settings adjustments without success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was away from Minecraft for about a week. When I logged back in, I was surprised to find all my Minecraft worlds had been deleted. This made me feel upset and frustrated. I tried to restore them using the backups I had created, but to my dismay, there were no backup worlds available, even though I distinctly remember making them. I am confused as to why my worlds and backups were deleted and I would like to know if there is any way to retrieve my lost worlds.

Good evening,
I am a parent dealing with my child's locked Minecraft account issue. Despite providing necessary information, the support team closed the case without resolution. This happened after suspicious activity was flagged when my son tried to update his security questions.
I requested a supervisor to contact me for further verification, but instead, the case was closed abruptly. This treatment is unkind and unacceptable. Today, on November 1, [redacted], with limited socialization options due to the current situation, my son couldn't play with his friends, causing distress.
It's disheartening that my son, a long-time user, is being neglected and dismissed by the support team. We simply seek assistance to restore his account access for socializing purposes.
I urge a supervisor or manager to reach out to me promptly to address this issue. We are disappointed after years of loyalty to Minecraft products without the expected support in return.
Sincerely,
Kim

Hello, I am experiencing issues with the latest versions of Minecraft that have loading bars during the opening in the launcher. I don't understand why, but when it almost finishes loading, the bar freezes and Minecraft crashes. This only happens with the premium launcher. I tried it with a different launcher, and it loads. I already attempted to uninstall both Minecraft and Java, but no luck. I am not sure if this issue is related to my account. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards.

I am experiencing difficulty playing Minecraft on my Switch. When I attempt to play my world with friends online using two different Wi-Fi networks, we encounter issues. For instance, playing with a friend on the same Wi-Fi connection works, but if we try to play with different Wi-Fi connections, it fails. None of my friends have faced this issue, and I can connect to other online services with Minecraft without any problems. Additionally, I have had successful online multiplayer experiences with other Switch games. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

I purchased Minecraft Java Edition on 04/12/[redacted] and logged in with the newly created Microsoft account. After making my first login, I encountered an issue where all multiplayer servers appeared to be under maintenance. When I checked with a friend, they confirmed the servers were working for them. I then attempted to log into the Mojang account but kept receiving an error stating that either the password or email was incorrect. I switched to using my phone, and the login was successful. Now, I am unsure of what steps to take next - should I request a refund or try to resolve the issue with Minecraft.

My Minecraft Windows 10 edition is stuck in beta 1.12.[redacted], and it's frustrating because I can't play online. I've tried various solutions like exiting and rejoining the Xbox Insider Hub, running command prompts as an administrator, and using PowerShell to remove Minecraft from all users, but the issue persists. I really need to resolve this problem as the Xbox assistant has not been helpful. Can anyone assist me with this?
