Can I get a refund for a game in the Minecraft marketplace?
Refund policies for purchases made within the Minecraft Marketplace are managed by the store from which the purchase was made. For example, if you bought content on Xbox, you'd need to contact Xbox support regarding their refund policy. If you bought content from Google Play, you'd contact Google Play support for their policies, and so on. It’s important to note that all sales are final in many cases. So, it's always a good practice to be sure about your purchases before you make them.

when ever I sign in it tells me to buy now and It docent let me play when I already bought it
This issue could be due to your account not recognizing your purchase. The first thing we recommend would be to ensure you're signed into the correct account that was used to purchase the game. If you've recently changed your username or password, it might take a while to update. Secondly, make sure you are using the correct version of Minecraft for your purchase. For example, the Java edition and Bedrock edition are separate purchases. If you're sure you're on the right account and version, and you're still having issues, it might help to reinstall the game. If none of the above works, your best bet is to get in touch with Mojang's customer support. They'd be able to check your account status and help resolve the issue for you.

My Minecraft Java edition is not opening it is telling that it may contain crashes please contact Minecraft customer care service
If Minecraft Java Edition is not opening and gives a warning that it may contain crashes, it typically relates to a problem with the game's files or your computer's Java installation. The first thing we recommend is updating your Java to the latest version. If that does not help, you might need to reinstall Minecraft. First, make sure to back up your worlds, then uninstall the game, download the latest version from the official Minecraft website, and reinstall it. Also, verify if your system requirements meet the game's needs. Finally, check if your antivirus or firewall settings are blocking the game. Please ensure to make these changes carefully.
