He mentioned security violations on my computer, and I allowed him access to run a program. Following the scan, he offered a lifetime security solution for $[redacted], which I declined due to trust issues. Consequently, he became aggressive and used inappropriate language. I regret trusting him with my computer access. Any suggestions on next steps would be appreciated.

I need to close my Hotmail account as my new Outlook account is in use, but Hotmail emails are coming to my phone. Despite sharing my new email, people still contact me using the Hotmail address. I want to shut down the Hotmail so senders will be prompted to use my Outlook. My new computer only links to the Outlook account, not Hotmail.

I've just finished assembling a new computer and I'm encountering difficulties transferring my Windows 10 Pro license from my old device to the new one. On the old installation, it indicates that "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to my Microsoft account." However, upon attempting to transfer the license to the new installation, it is unable to locate any eligible devices to retrieve the license from. It's important to note that the license is not an OEM one. This situation is rather frustrating as I've never encountered such complications before.

I am unable to access my Hotmail account, which I use for iTunes and Amazon Prime. I have one email for the two-step verification, but my phone number ([redacted]2) is no longer valid. I am currently working in Estonia with the army and cannot make phone calls due to a no SIM card policy. It would greatly help me if I could regain access to this account, as a significant amount of money has been processed through it over the years.

I am attempting to activate Windows 10 Pro on my newly assembled PC. I want to clarify that I have knowledge in this area to receive proper technical support. The issue arose from using an HDD previously in my now retired HP G72 Laptop with Windows 10, originally upgraded from Windows 7. Despite the ownership of this license under my Windows Account, I encountered a "Product Key didn't match the version" error. While troubleshooting by selecting the "I just recently upgraded hardware" option, I was unable to link the Windows 10 Pro version from the G72 Laptop to Windows 10 Home Edition on my new PC. With a Windows 10 USB boot drive, I upgraded the version to Windows 10 Pro on the HDD but faced a different error when trying to troubleshoot activation, receiving an error code about the organization's activation server. I have been dedicated to resolving this issue all day. One previous representative was unhelpful and demanding a product key without understanding the complexity of the situation. I am having trouble accessing my Xbox account despite filling out the recovery form twice with all the correct information. I have invested a significant amount of money and I'm concerned about losing access. Although I no longer use my old phone number, I still remember it and wonder if it could assist in the verification process. I recently purchased a new computer, but I seem to have made a mistake during the setup process. I need to create a new PIN number, but I can't do that because the email address associated with the account is incorrect. The correct email address should be lindataylor80214@outlook, but when I enter it, the "l" is missing - it shows as indataylor80214. As a result, I am unable to access my computer. I have tried to request a change, but the verification process is not working. I would appreciate any assistance in unlocking my computer. I downloaded MS Office [redacted] on Friday, Dec. 6, [redacted], onto my two new tower hard drives. Upon encountering software access issues, I contacted Tech Support for help. Unfortunately, during the troubleshooting process, my MS Office [redacted] account was mistakenly charged $99.00 for a subscription, despite already having an active account valid until [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for this billing error that occurred on my credit card.

My father forgot his email password and has made several attempts to recover the account. He reached the stage where he was asked for his last email and the subject line, but the security measures are preventing him from regaining access. There is essential information in his email that he needs to retrieve. As his backup contact, I understand the need for privacy protection but wonder if there is a way to bypass the overly strict security measures to assist him in recovering his account.

I have attempted to update my billing credit card information for MSN-[redacted] 1A Narrowband Metered online four times. Each time I complete the change, I receive a confirmation message stating, "All set! We are processing your payment of $6.95. Going forward, we will use Visa *[redacted]." Despite this, I continue to receive emails stating, "We have been unable to charge the credit card for your subscription." I would like to speak with a representative to resolve this issue. I am using Windows 10 Pro and can view shared folders from three computers on my network - one running Windows 7, another running Windows 8.1, and my own Windows 10 Pro. All computers can share files, including accessing files in my shared folder, but I am unable to deposit any files into the shared folders on the other computers from my Windows 10 computer. When I try, I see a circle with a red diagonal line on all three computers shown on my computer. I am currently using Explorer 2 Ultimate, but I encounter the same issue when using File Manager.

My account was accessed by my wife who is using my computer. I recently upgraded my computer, but I am unable to recover my Windows 10 Pro key. I initially downloaded Windows 10 from your website when it was released, but unfortunately, I have misplaced the key. When I initially tried to recover my account, I could view my emails but was unable to send or receive any. I ensured the information provided matched the emails sent. However, I am now unable to access the emails, which is extremely frustrating. I have submitted the form multiple times without success. The issue arose after a Windows update, which is when I lost access to my account. I suspect I changed the password during that time, but I cannot recall as I had been using the same password for many years. I am in desperate need of assistance. I'm having trouble signing into my Xbox account as it's asking for a password, but I can't remember the password linked to my mom's email account, which the Xbox account is under. I've been experiencing some problems with my Outlook email. I'm encountering send and receive errors. The error message I'm receiving is: Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for [redacted]' reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [redacted] Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, please contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Over the past two weeks, my Outlook email has stopped functioning. Initially, I could only receive emails but was unable to send any, not even to myself. Currently, my Outlook email is completely nonfunctional. I can access the server at wowway web mail-wowway.net and perform all the actions I used to do with my Outlook email when it was functional. However, I am facing issues with my phone as I am unable to send emails to myself, for instance, when I want to transfer a picture from my phone to my email. Strangely, my phone's email features a section for daily Bible sayings, which I receive, but no emails come through to my computer. Despite spending approximately 15 hours working on this with wowway, they insist that since I can send emails from their web mail, the issue lies with my Outlook. I have repeatedly checked the server settings and restored them to the original settings of incoming=[redacted] and outgoing=[redacted], using both IMAP servers listed as wow webmail. I appreciate all the assistance provided in resolving this issue as I urgently need to email some doctors. Thank you, Mike.

As a former Microsoft contractor, I have been trying to access my company's Outlook using my Microsoft credentials without success. Unfortunately, I received an error message stating that I need to manage the device with the account [redacted], which will remove my current app account [redacted] To access my company data with my current account [redacted], I must unenroll my device from the company portal. My Microsoft username is v-marero, but since I left the contractor position six months ago, I don't remember my password or PIN. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

I am experiencing an issue with my Minecraft download for Windows 10. I previously had the Java edition, which granted me a complimentary copy of the Windows 10 version.
