I contacted your technical support and was given a case number **********, this was so your girl Kavya could activate my window **.*However, whilst she was doing this she asked me to show her a receipt for my new Motherboard, she then went into my emails to copy the receipt and also into my email settings.*Since she disconnected I have been unable to use my emails correctly, when I click to see an email the email shows but then I cannot come out of the email or go back. I also cannot send an email, therefore I require microsoft to put this problem right.*Another issue is that whilst trying to contact your company by phone I am having to wait more than ** minutes a time also I have been cut off by your initial contact Videsh.*Can you understand how this is annoying as well as wasting my time.*I am also sick of listening to your adds at least ** times a call.

Your Technical guy Andrew put everything right on my emails, the previous guide had altered my email settings to run with Microsoft Edge. This browser I do not like, therefore Andrew reverted to my original settings, everything is now running fine in Google Chrome!!!!! My Activation code for Windows is also now up to date. Thanks for everything.
