I have forgotten my password and am unable to reset it as the phone number associated with my account is outdated. Despite multiple attempts with the account recovery form, I have not been successful in verifying my ownership. I currently use a different phone number. While I have an Xbox live subscription and know my gamertag, I am without my Xbox at the moment and do not remember the ID. Moreover, the debit card linked to my Xbox was stolen, so I had to cancel it and request a replacement. The email linked to the account is [redacted], the old phone number is 1[redacted], and I wish to update it to 1([redacted])-[redacted].

I forgot my password and cannot reset it as the phone number linked to my account is outdated. Despite trying the account recovery form multiple times, I consistently receive emails saying they cannot verify my ownership. Unfortunately, I do not have access to my Xbox to retrieve the necessary information. The old debit card linked to my Xbox was stolen, so I had to cancel it. I am now waiting for a replacement. The account in question is [redacted] with the name under Conner Karem.

I created an email address for my parents' 50th anniversary, [redacted] The account has been blocked, and I'm starting to panic because my mom is asking for the people who responded to the party. When trying to recover it, I don't have enough information to unlock the account. I can't remember if I used my name, Andrea Lannigan, with a date of birth of October 19, [redacted], and postal code L4N 8H7. Additionally, I may have used a birth date of October 18, [redacted], to avoid interfering with my current Hotmail account, [redacted] There is also a chance I used my mom Janice Bolton's birthdate of June 4, [redacted], with the postal code L4N3G8, or Elgin Bolton's birthdate of October 29, [redacted], with the same postal code. I'm frantic and eagerly looking forward to speaking with someone who can help me with this issue.

If I am not able to do so via email, please guide me to the appropriate channel for further assistance. If I can proceed with the appeal here, kindly respond to this email with the necessary instructions.

I received McAfee with my Windows 10, assuming it covered versions 7 and 8 as well. Unfortunately, three weeks later, my PC got a virus due to McAfee's insufficient protection. After contacting McAfee, they scanned my computer and installed their best software. However, after another three weeks, my firewall was mysteriously disabled, and I encountered another virus. I had already paid $[redacted] for their services the first time, and now they are asking for an additional $[redacted] to fix it again. It seems like they might be trying to scam me.

Over the weekend, I received concerning messages from Microsoft about suspicious log-in attempts to my Hotmail account. Upon returning to work on Monday, I attempted to log in using my work computer, only to be prompted to verify my account through a series of questions. Despite my best efforts, I have been unsuccessful in providing satisfactory answers according to the automated system responses I receive via email. While I may have forgotten the precise last address update, I haven't forgotten details like my birthday, childhood friend, recent email exchanges, or subject lines. I have essential information stored in my account, including precious memories from my late wife, that I urgently need access to. I have tried reaching out to Microsoft via email and various phone numbers without success. I continue to update my verification responses as I try to remember the timeframe of my last account update. Any assistance via email to my work address or with a direct phone call would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Nathan Underwood

I own a Surface Pro 3 with all the latest updates installed. Recently, I have encountered an issue where I am unable to adjust the screen brightness. The brightness bar on the right-hand side of the screen is greyed out, and I cannot access it. Additionally, the option to change brightness is missing from the settings menu, and only night mode options are visible. I've attempted to adjust brightness using the F1 and F2 keys to no avail. I've tried troubleshooting by restarting the device, disconnecting the keyboard, and uninstalling HID Sensor Collection V2, but no solutions have worked. It seems I am stuck with what appears to be maximum brightness, which is inconvenient. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I start my laptop, I receive an error message showing "SkypeBridge.exe - Bad Image" related to a file in my local AppData folder. This only started happening after my computer automatically updated to Windows 10 last night. I've attempted to reinstall Skype, but the issue persists. I rarely use Skype, but I prefer to keep it if I can. I'm looking for a way to resolve the error so it stops appearing. - G. Robinson

I recently purchased a new laptop and attempted to change the Outlook account, create a new one, and transfer admin power without success. I inadvertently lost access to my original account (“[redacted]”) and am unable to fully function using the new account (“[redacted]”). I understand now that certain functions are restricted to the admin account provided. I have the passwords for both accounts and can provide them if requested by Microsoft Authority. I urgently need assistance as I cannot access Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having difficulty locating Microsoft's email address. If I am mistaken in posting here, could you kindly redirect me to the appropriate place? My concern pertains to the Bing Search App for Android, specifically regarding the limited word count of [redacted] in the Report Problem option. Upon using the Bing Search App, I noticed that the Bing Homepage Gallery features photos with and without a Share Button. Clicking on a photo's Share Button brings up options like Facebook, Set as Profile Picture on Facebook, Messenger, Save to Drive on Google, Viber, etc. Does this mean I can share or save the photo? I have several inquiries about this Share Button: 1. Am I allowed to save photos to my Google Drive? (Upon testing, the saved photo showed file info as 246KB, [redacted]×[redacted], 2.3MP, indicating it may not be the original quality photo.) 2. Can I legally share photos or set them as profile pictures on Facebook? 3. Is it permissible to edit or create collages with these photos for use on Facebook (personal account)? 4. Could you provide a comprehensive overview of the actions I am allowed to do legally with the Share Button on the Bing homepage gallery, please? Do guide me to the correct platform if I am mistaken. Apologies for any language errors. Thank you.

I need assistance in recovering my computer administrator access. On July 5th, [redacted], I mistakenly changed it while trying to update my password. I accidentally altered settings in Family and Others instead. When I navigated to Microsoft Live, expecting to access a web browser, I inadvertently ended up with Windows Hello installed. This has caused issues since then, leading to a timeout period from July 5th to August 4th. I lost access to my pictures since they were not backed up, and as a non-administrator, I cannot update my programs. Additionally, I changed my email address from Verizon due to discontinuing the service. I would appreciate simple help as the neighbor who initially tried to assist is currently unavailable.

I am receiving around [redacted] spam emails daily in my Microsoft Outlook Hotmail account. Initially, I managed to block them, but now I am unable to block more spam. I am worried about hacking and potential malware in my account, especially after my email was compromised during the LinkedIn data breach. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue as I can't block additional spam senders anymore.

Hello, my name is Joshua P. I currently own a Dell laptop. Lately, I've been experiencing ongoing issues with staying connected to the Wi-Fi at my home. Despite no problems with the Wi-Fi or router for the rest of my family, my laptop frequently disconnects. This is particularly frustrating during activities like gaming or browsing the internet. It seems as though my laptop is intentionally avoiding staying connected to the Wi-Fi. I would like a solution that ensures my laptop stays connected without random disconnections. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If this concern is beyond your scope, please advise. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am attempting to apply a special promo code to get Xbox Game Pass for my daughter's account. I have encountered ongoing issues with these accounts, leading to wasted money on unreliable services. Currently, I face a problem after changing my linked phone number, resulting in restricted access until September 24th. This prevents my daughter from enjoying her Xbox One birthday gift, casting a negative light on my gift choice. Despite my research revealing this is an unusual issue, it persistently affects us here. I am deeply frustrated and seek resolution for the security matter within her account. My primary concern is enabling her to play her favorite games without hindrance. These recurring problems are testing my patience, even though I strive to be a supportive father. I implore assistance in rectifying this uncommon issue promptly. Contact information for the account in question is provided below. Thank you for your attention and support.

I have two accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] The first one dates back to around [redacted] or [redacted], primarily for MSN. Due to the time that has passed, I find it challenging to recall specific details like subject lines and emails. I would appreciate help in recovering emails related to Ogame/Gameforge as I used to play that game during that period. Regarding [redacted], my current email [redacted] is listed as the recovery email, but I'm still unable to access it. This email is important for logging into my Facebook account. Memories from years ago are not easily accessible, especially when the accounts haven't been used recently. I hope we can work together to resolve this issue efficiently.

I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my Hotmail account, [redacted], for some time now. Despite attempting to reset my password, I am unable to recall my security question or any previous passwords. However, I can provide some information regarding the individuals I have communicated with through this email account. My mother is Brenda Read, who formerly used the email name brandywine. Similarly, my aunt is Lana Harrington, who previously used the email name lana0606. I have received emails from Robert Baker, who works at Spirit and had an email through them. Additionally, I had correspondence related to my studies at National American University (NAU) with a Jenny Smith, as well as emails from Nickolas McQuesten. I had accounts on Pinterest and Facebook linked to this email. Moreover, I have had conversations with an individual named Dave Jones, whose Verizon number is [redacted]. In terms of password information, I have used variations of the word "Orange" followed by changing numbers. I also may have used "Passw0rd" and passwords containing names such as Frankie Acevedo or Nickolas McQuesten. I appreciate any guidance on what additional information may be needed to regain access to my account.
