I sent all requested information to the UIA office for my claim to be processed. I received an approval letter and they sent the first payment. Once I went to certify again, they sent a letter asking for additional identification and did a stop payment indicator message. I submitted the requested information and input the Letter ID and uploaded the letter they sent to me in the mail. I have done this * times but I keep getting a message that says the letter ID is invalid. I have input the exact numbers on the letter they sent to me. I have called, sent several messages as well as tried to reach them via live chat. The live chat keeps hanging up on me, no one answers the phone and no one has responded via the link that says send unemployment a message. It as been over * weeks and I havent heard anything from anyone. Can someone assist me in what I need to do,
