I've been in contact with metro through phone calls and chats for the last * weeks. My service hasn't been what I feel it should be. I've had problems with my network connection, my phone calls get disconnected, my messages don't go through... This has been going on for over a month now. I've been paying $** a month and now my service isn't worth that. I can't use my phone over *** the day. They said they upgraded they tower but I see no change in my phone service. I was told I would be compensated for last months payment but couldn't finish the chat because we were disconnected. I also talked to a lady that said they would only credit my account $**. That that was all they could do. Then she changed it to $** credit to my account. She changed it one more time giving me the option of ** days free service or $** credit. I accepted the ** days free but I don't think it's fair to have paid $** for service that I can't use but about *** of the day. Nothing seems to be getting any better. Actually it's getting worse. I need to know what I can do about this issue please.
