new phone in april needs to be charged twice a day and drops more calls than it makes went to my local metro store on lem turner this morning was told by the two jackasses leaning on the counter that I had to go back to the store where I bought it so I asked can I pay my bill here oh yes certainly so I guess when it suits you I can give you money at ANY STORE But you want assistance with a product sold to you by a metro store ohhh no we cant do that tried * times to call the store on max legit parkway no one answers leave a message oh you cant do t*hat because the mailbox is full other customers whos complaints have not been dealt with or the answering machine would be clear too much like customer service and I knew that the minute T-Mobile were involved with metro **** would go downhill fast so here is the deal my payment and the end of my contract with you is on the *th * days away I will either have a WORKING PHONE BY THEN Or I will go to AT&T They will give me * free NEW NEW NOT RECONDITIONED JUNK NEW Phones and lower my bill so after almost ** years as a metro customer I either will be on Friday or I wont that depends on your response and I am DAMMED If I am paying out again for a phone most phones last several years
