I made a payment a few hours ago at a metro pcs store in Columbia PA. The representative who handled my transaction stated that the store had run out of receipt paper and was unable to give me a receipt at the time. However, she assured me that the receipt would come through a text message. I paid cash **.** plus a *.** fee for paying in the store. I have no proof of this and am very upset that my transaction was not handled properly. Due to the current covid ** situation in the world, the Metro PCS representative claiming that they were waiting for a shipment made sense at the time and didn't strike me as odd as it would had we not been in the crisis we are. I have been with metro for many years. My prior number was ********** I left Metro for less than a year and came back because your service could not be beat but had to change my number which is now **********. I have never had any problem like this and have always been a loyal customer. I would like this resolved and my phone to be turned on since I did in fact make a payment. Please advice
