I have a $***.** credit on my account. Apparently I have been overpaying for years. I was never informed that my date had decreased. I only got text messages thanking me for my payment. Customer service first told me maybe I could get a refund of $* if I had my last confirmation number. The next person I spoke with insisted that I had been paying a *rd party and should get the refund from them. When he finally decided to believe me that I had been paying metro pcs directly, he wanted me to give him my debit card number. I didn't pay with my debit card,I paid online from my BOA checking account. I don't want to give out my account number. They said they would have to submit a refund request so I don't know how many people would have access to my information. Please help!
