I purchased a upgrade phone on November * **** at that time I also paid my bill. On November * my service was interrupted so I did an extension so I could talk to customer service. I have * lines and * didn't work the whole month and my main number didn't have data. I continued to call customer service but still hasn't been any change. I went out of town and had to put $* on data so I could GPS. On December * I called again cause my other lines still don't have service and they keep telling me well your bill is due so pay $*** but I paid $*** last month and didn't get service. I lost a lot of money with my business behind all of this. I just let a store and still no satisfaction. I even has requested for my device to get unlocked so I can change services. I even done the extension and it's still not working!!
