I came to the store I started your company with and took advantage of the new deal a free phone with a transfer from another company. I signed with * phones paying $**.** a month and received the new Samsung j* and fron the very start I was having problems with the phone it would cut in and out constantly so j was so fed up I thought METRO services is lousy and call the metro customer service line to let them know how lousy the service was and the phone did the same thing. The customer service rep stated that it was not the service but the phone after she spoke with her supervisor lit she told me to take the phone back since I only had it * days . So of course I took the phone back immediately, but to my dismay the employees told me that the only person who can compete a refund is their Manager and I would have to come back tomorrow morning. I as a customer should not have to make myself available at the time a manager will be in her store, I should be able to come in and make all transaction with a competent employee. This is part of customer service and thus is terrible. I am a businesswoman and if I had to fly out the next morning . I would be without a phone and this is truly unacceptable. Please call me. Thank you
