I was trying to do everything I was asked to do from Metro PCS. I changed my sim card. I updated and reentered everything they asked. I was in the store two different days. The employees there said I had to escalate this to customer service, that they could no longer help me. I had no Network, my phone was operating in emergency mode only. ... I'm not sure you will be able to call. Went to store Friday, said my sim card expired. Put new one in, phone worked &I could send & receive texts & calls. Saturday morning phone was in emergency only mode. Went to store. It was on wifi calls. Turned it off, phone worked. Sunday morning to current emergency calls only. Store said to call CS & ask for refresh line.**So I called every day to find out that they had closed my ticket. Said issue had been resolved yet no one tried to contact me to indeed find out if it was resolved. I gave multiple other options for contacting me. **I had no network for twelve days..NONE! I went to AT&T and had service in twenty minutes. No issues. I didn't want to change providers. But Metro PCS closed my ticket and said it was resolved. It wasn't my phone. Very disappointed. Customer service in the end was very poor. But I was patient long enough, twelve days. I think that is more than ample time to get my service going on my phone. **I am asking for a refund. They said they'd give me twelve dollars. No, I want my month. I was so inconvenienced and issue was never resolved. I think it is more than fair to ask for the month of May refund.
The continued to close my tickets stating it was resolved without contacting me to actually see if it was indeed resolved. I would call back and have them open another ticket.
I want AT LEAST one month of service returned to me. Metro PCS gave up on me, I didn't give up. I had no issues with them until this. And I am super surprised at how they handle a true problem. And my satisfaction didn't seem to matter at all. I didn't want to switch, they forced my hand. I had no phone, I couldn't send or receive calls or text messages. Metro was affordable for me. I am super disappointed!
I was patient for twelve days. Metro PCS never contacted me in any way. I called daily sometimes two times a day. They gave up on me. And offered me nothing in return.
I tried everything and finally went to AT&T and had my phone working in twenty minutes.
