I bought the ZTE BLADE a year ago. I've been complaining about this phone since I bought it. It gets so HOT that it shuts it's self off and it takes forever before it comes back on. It gets so hot that you can't hold it and I'm very surprised it hasn't caught fire. I've asked the store to replace it * weeks after I bought it. They said I would have to go through the insurance. Pay the $**. After I bought this phone, theyy stopped making this phone. I shouldn't be the one having to pay for replacing this phone. I think it is metro pcs that should be responsible for replacing this phone. Just like right now having so many problems just typing this message. Your company should replace this phone with at least the same value or higher not lower.
