Not fixed yet in apr I bought a phone from metro by T-Mobile and a case. The case wasn’t the correct case for the phone I bought. As a result my screen broke within the first week. Spoke with corporate and store owner which keep pointing the finger at each other. Metro needs to verify that the guy is misrepresenting the company fraudulently and replace the phone

Get my phone fixed and see that this guy doesn’t do that to other people ... I bought a phone from an authorized dealer who sold me an lg k**. I bought screen protector which he put on and choose a case out of a basket. It appeared to be accessories from a cellular flea market. Within the *st few days the screen protector fell off and a day later the phone fell and the screen broke. The purpose of buying the screen protector and case was an effort to protect my phone from damage. When I looked at the phone I noticed the case was not for my phone but for a k **. I looked at this specs of both phones and the K** phone a slightly larger than the k**. If he had sold me the correct case the phone screen would have been properly protected. I was told buy Metro PCS customer service to bring the phone back up there with the receipt in the box and he would take care of it but when I brought it up there they going to try to tell me that the K** is the k-** and that there was nothing you could do about it. I'm not one to complain * have been a Metro PCS customer fot ** years but this guy is not selling MetroPCS authorized accessories and deceived me by selling me the wrong case and glass protector. I would like the screen be repaired. Please look at the size difference and explain to me why he sold me the wrong case.
This guy is selling phones with protective cases that are meant for a previous model which are very slightly bigger so the phone case doesn’t hold the phone properly if it falls.? The cases are not out of the box, more like you would see at a flea market
Fix the glass on my phone and get me the correct case
Been with metro over ** yrs. never missed payment nor complain
Been to the authorized dealer but he says the k** is the k**. Been to corporate but since I didn’t buy it there they can’t do anything about it and to try customer service who were the ones who told me to go to both with box and receipt and they would fix it but didn’t
