I paid my bill *-**-** my previous payment date was on the *th each month. I was in the hospital and unable to make the payment. When i got out of the hospital i came straight to the Metro Store and made the payment and was told i was good for ** days it wouldn't be due until *-**-**. Then on *-*-** my services were disconnected and I was told i had to pay an extra $** for another month. I wasn't asking for another month, i just wanted my services until it was due on the **nd. Customer service says there's nothing they can do to help me with this and act as if ive done something wrong or am trying to get something for free which couldn't be farther from the truth. So bottom line is i don't want to change services but if no one is willing to help me with this then I'm going to have to. I won't stay with a company who doesn't put their customers *st. I've been with Metro for over *yrs (i had an acct in FL as well) and I dont see why your company isn't willing to go the extra mile for a customer when this isn't my fault. Especially since I was told I was good until March **nd. So pls help me with this so my husband doesn't make us change companies. ********** (cell) *********** (home) *****@***.com
