Both new phone, defective since the purchase date, because of your new system my phone was never ordered when got fixed phone still not ordered till going back to store where purchased, got put on hold three times I called N the same day. I got the phone coming in * days as stated before, also got attitude from store manager, whom I spoke with last on the phone. She got hipped or little heated stating she didn't no t go back just move forward, I said that is all I came for otherwise no phone had been ordered because the new system just know working,. Ok. It's been almost a month since I purchased a new phone defective product and got no guarantee of when I would. Besides saying I'm sorry for the inconveniences it cause me, all my emails pictures videos, and apps, none of which I was told was downloaded into my account. All pass words and email addresses given to me none is working. I really need All my info from the phone I was using. Charging port broke put in shop for repair it didn't charge, got very hot, like ** to hot to hold So I buy new, and not expecting to get a defective one big change in life situations.
