Hello my name is Sonia arencibia and I am a customer of Metro PCS. On November **th I bought a new phone because my phone was pretty messed up it was a Saturday when I bought it Monday is started giving me problems Thursday I took it in they did a manufacturer reset on the phone, that night on Thanksgiving it started acting up again I took it on Friday they ordered me a new phone which is used and repaired till this day I've gone back twice to pick up the phone the next day I had to go to Metro so they can take out the activation fee of $** and change that day my phone was disconnected and I had a trip to go to the whole trip Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday my phone was not working I would have I was only able to use it in text messages couldn't send pictures couldn't receive pictures emails couldn't receive emails the phone was low would freeze and I had no signal I understand the policy of MetroPCS the only thing I asked for is to change me to give me the credit so I can get another phone I don't want an LG phone anymore I need my phone for work and for school if something happens to my kids I need to have a phone for work I need to have a phone phone is very important because that's how I communicate with my kids teachers my husband and the kids that I have to pick up because I do bus driving the manager at the store where I bought my phone the manager Andrea she was very rude. When I took her the phone and told her what was wrong my phone happened to be working fine today I went and I spoke to lorena was very helpful and nice she knows and she understands the problems that I've been having with an issues that I've been having with my phone it's not fair that we had to buy a new phone with Metro and this person Andrea was very rude and nasty to me as a customer the only thing I need and would like is to see if I can change this phone I don't want an the LG if someone can please contact me regarding this urgent matter I have no idea what else to do I went to the local corporate office that's here in Homestead Florida and they told me that they couldn't do anything for me if they do they have to give me a used and we repaired phone I'm not looking for another used and repaired phone I need someone to please help me out and understand my situation because I don't know what else to do if somebody can please contact me or email me my phone number is ***-***-**** my email is S*****@***.com
