Because of T-Mobile taking a more active role in the way Metro PCS operates, I received a text telling me I have been "upgraded" to a $***mo plan. There is an additional line on my account, so I need to know how much they plan to charge for that line. *I have spent over an hour trying to speak with a customer service representative to obtain an answer to my question, as I could not find the information on the website. I even resorted to calling T-Mobile, where the confused agent was unable to assist me. *It's a simple question, one which should have been answered by a quick look at the site. *Metro's customer service has always been terrible* this coming from a *- year customer. The relatively low cost and no contract service are the ONLY reasons I have stuck around. *PLEASE HELP ME!!
