I wasn't very happy with my phone service and I had a cracked screen on my phone So when I received a flyer in the mail introducing Metro PCS and read about getting service $**.** unlimited LTE Data and getting a choice of one of four phones (Samsung J* Prime,Samsung J* Prime ,LGK** plus or moto E) It sounded exactly what I needed it so I decided to go in and check it out .After talking with the owner*manager I decided on the $** unlimited plan.Then he came from behind the counter walked over and picked up a phone and said " This is what I have " referring to a phone called "Coolpad" naturally I assumed that was ALL that was available. I inquired about purchasing a screen protector and a case He told me he had neither . He then offered insurance for only $*.** more which I readily agreed on At no time did he mention if I was willing to wait a few days and would prefer one of the other phones (mentioned above ) He could order it .When I returned to the store regarding several issues that I was having with the Coolpad He told me " That's what you get for getting a cheap substandard low end smart phone ! " I then reminded him that He was the one that gave me the phone. He then smiled and responded by telling me that in another ** days I could get a upgrade for $***.** *I'm disabled and on a fixed income I can not afford $***.** Since I have some serious health problems. I must have reliable means of Communication to be able to contact the hospital and my physician at all times !!! *I have tried to file a claim with the insurance company to try and remedy the problem with the phone and they referred me right back to MetroPCS!!! This problem could so easily be remedied by simply giving me AS ADVERTISED one of the phones that was mentioned in the flyer preferably the Samsung J* Prime
