Please contact me immediately I had one of your service Representatives change my account name and also had me create a high security password when I created the password it's very obvious she typed it in wrong because I now cannot login to my account I can't use my Wi-Fi share for my company and I'm about to change my service along with my employees changing their services with another company if I am not treated with the utmost respect computers don't make mistakes people do and your representative made a mistake and error when changing my account name and having me set up a high security password please be advised she did not speak very good English and that's where our problem started at please call me at ***-***-**** immediately
