Yes I bought four phone's in May or June. Loved the service. However the end of July I moved. We had no service. I payed a hundred dollars for July and August and could not use our phones I was told by one of the Metro stores I may have to switch Carrier's Metro tried everything to get my service to work. So when I switched service. Metro told me they would not unlock my phone's. Phone's we paid for and love . So we lost money for phone's that can't be used I was wondering if there would be anyway to unlock our phones. We like them and haven't had them long and May switch back to y'all soon as we're able too. My husband draws retirement and we can't afford more phone's like these right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated
