My phone * is: *** ***-**** Name: Lois Green. My due date for payment is ****. On *** I received a text from Metro saying my payment did NOT go thru. Of course it did NOT. It was due ****, NOT ***. I phoned Metro and spoke with a Jack ID******* and asked him to move my payment date to ****. He said there would be a $**.** charge today for moving the payment, and the regular payment would be due on ****. After NOT agreeing with this fee, I was told by Jack that he would waive the $**.** fee and I gave him my debit card for the regular payment on ****. He was wonderfully professional (SO I THOUGHT). About * minutes later I rreceived a text from METRO advising me that I owed $**.** today, June * and my regular payment on ****. The DISHONESTY HERE IS ABHORRENT and I will NOT be a part of it. You don't tell a customer one thing and then * minutes later change what was promised. This is POOR BUSINESS ETHICS and unless it is straightened out, I will be forced to seek other outlets for cell phone use. I will NOT BE LIED TO! This has to be as close to a fraudulent lie as I have ever been told. I assume and hope my recording with Jack, who, by the way, gave me a confirmation * matching his ID about waiving the $**.**, can be replayed.
