I have to talk to customer service about this already but my issue is rude employees at the store managers included the runaround having to wait two days really get into my account when the manager could have easily taken care of it made a phone call instead of telling me you'll just have to remember what your password is that's the only way we can help and there's other rude comments and then leaving the room in the middle of a conversation leaving his new employee that didn't know how to take care of everything behind the counter to talk to me customer service starting with a $* offer to credit my bill for my inconvenience I want to speak with somebody from corporate cuz I was promised they would be calling me yesterday Buy customer service I'm ready to shut my phone's off and leave them off I have four lines with you I was going into add another line and to get another phone from you I'm not happy with the $** credit line I'm not happy that they told me because my bill wasn't paid yet that I would have service I have service but when I called to talk to customer service it won't let me through because my account is suspended and it won't give an extension which I'm not too sure why it didn't it I'm not too sure why I'm having such an issue with all this I'm the customer and I want to get taken care of or we're going to be switching phone companies and that's all four lines including the new line that I was going to add that we've been five and no you guys appreciate everybody's business and appreciate having a good standing with your customers so I definitely and a phone call as soon as possible please the phone number is ***-***-**** thank you
