On May *th, last month, my ZTE Blade phone which I've only had * mths, broke for the *nd time since I started with your Comp in April. I don't drive so I had to have a friend take it back to the store I purchased it from. The store was either closed early or my friend had to work and long story short, it took till almost the middle of the month for her to go by the store and some * actually be there for her to report the problem& get it sent to be replaced. She was told that the new phone would be in the week prior to Memorial day & he would call her when it was in. She never heard from him. So while I was in the hospital I called the Ambridge, PA store where I do my business with your company. It took *days for someone to return my message & that's all I could do is leave a message when I called, no one ever answered the * times I called. Then when he did call me he said that they have not even picked up the phone yet! And now It would be another week before It would be in! So here we are going on the last week of the month and I have not been able to even use my phone this month and I have paid for the months service! I finally received a call that it was in & ready to be picked up on Thursday, May **th! So I had my friend pick it up and Now it's the *st of a new month and I Do Not feel that I should have to pay for a month of service that I wasn't able to use the phone. So if you can please call So we can discuss the issue and I need to get the phone activated. Thank you..... Joanne Ingrid, unsatisfied customer.
