Recently sold a pair of NWT Lularoe rose patterned Jax. This has transpired since she received item. was the closest to my problem. Please review messages. I think she is trying to get something for nothing. I hate to think that of a person but there is no other explanation. *Buyer claimed these pants had stuff in pockets, pilling and stains. You can see from my picture that they were pristine with tags new. She states she is debating rating me. Does that mean if I tell her she can have them she won’t rate me bad. I should be protected from transactions like these. If someone sent you an item like-she claims I did ...why would you waiver on reporting it? Why would you not want a complete refund? This is wrong. Then she sent another message about Lularoe not attaching tags like this? You can see in the pictures the tags are attached on a new item. I never wore them. I just tried them on and they were too short. I listed them, stored them, they sold and I shipped them. I blocked her until this transaction is completed ? I asked her to send me a picture proving the so called wear and pilling. Then she comes back with I don’t have another pair like this. When you do not get picture of what she is claiming, (Because one will not exist.) I would like you to send her a shipping label to return my pants to me. Then you can refund her money. She is not getting my new pants and a refund. This is criminal. Out right wrong. I told her I would be contacting you. She may just rate me and claim this happened. But that is wrong. If this does not get resolved. My three friends and I are removing our items from Mercari because we each just listed numerous items to get your **$ credit. None of us can afford to lose money and our items. I am sorry. This is very upsetting some one would think to do this scam. I hope you have a way of flagging her as a questionable purchaser.
