This regarding item I’d* ***********. Seller name mbelmares**. It’s a Chanel blazer for $*** plus shipping. I am being scammed! I am just besides myself. Somehow there was an order in my purchase list for a Chanel jacket for $*** plus $** shipping. So, over $****!! I tried to cancel it right away but, I couldn’t because they immediately entered ship. I messaged them right away explaining very nicely that I did not purchase this and not to send it out. There is no way they had time to send it out yet. I got no response. I sent them many nice messages and they never got back to me once. The package needed to be signed for. It says this right in there description box. I told the mailman what happened and he said that he would mark the package denied and return to sender. I never signed for it. I never even touched or saw the package. So, I again tried to reach out to the seller nicely and they blocked me. I never accused them of anything and was always very nice. I thought it was all some misunderstanding but, I now know it’s a scam. I don’t have the jacket nor do I want it. They have it and won’t let me cancel the purchase. I tried calling your customer service number but it says you are closed on weekends. I really hope that we can get this resolved ASAP. I’m a single mom and that’s my rent money due on the *st. Please, don’t let them ***** me! Please, HELP!!!
