You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Buyer, with no information*listings*ratings on their page, bought a purse from me. I described everything about the purse, including every flaw. They got the item today and requested a return, but won’t tell me why. I pride myself on amazing packaging (even though it was a purse), and wonderful customer service, as well as great descriptions. I have been screwed over too many times with bad descriptions and so I never want to do that to happen to my buyers. I don’t want to lose my money on this purse, but I also don’t necessarily need it back either, unless that’s the only way. I just don’t understand. Out of all of my breakables and collectibles, out of everything I’ve sold on Mercari, I’ve never had a return requested. I’m just surprised and don’t know what to do. Hope to hear from you. Thanks!
