I sold someone * items in a single transaction. Username is Tony Locascio. He claimed two of the items were damaged and told me I could pay him through another app. I felt like it was a scam so I refused. He requested a refund and return and Mercari allowed it even though they blocked his message about paying him. My package returned today and only the two damaged items were returned to me. He kept the good items and got to keep all of his money... This is BULL ****! I will not ever use that website to sell anything again. I'm completely pissed. First, you side with a guy trying to break the rules and then pay him to ***** me over...

I called them repeatedly and when the automated message said the wait time was over * minutes I kept hitting * to reset the message. I sat there for over ** minutes in total but finally got through.
