Then yesterday I got an alert from Mercari that he was coming down in price, so I made an immediate purchase and he immediately shipped the item. While rereading the listing I noticed it was unclear as to how many sharpening stones the knife sharpener came with so I asked him (at this point after payment and shipment) to tell me how many stones were being sent to me. **It turns out that part of the reason that he lowered the price of the sharpener is that he REMOVED one of the stones (a diamond stone) and is selling it in a SEPARATE listing. So I am not getting a better deal, I am getting a reduce deal for what should have been a re-listing.**Now I am torn. The price I am paying is still a good price and I may decide to keep the sharpener and note what happened in my rating but I am not getting what was listed (I actually thought I was getting a knife sharpener, upgraded with TWO diamond stones). And I know that under these circumstances I can return the item because he removed items from the listing. But what I really want is the deal that I thought I was paying for. Is there any way you can pressure him to honor the original listing and send me the diamond stones?
