If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.
The issue in GetHuman-beckyjla's own words
ID * m*********** Mikasa Wild Fields ** coffee cups. One of the cups was broken when I received the package. The items were poorly prepared for shipping. They were wrapped in bubble wrap with no other packaging material to add cushion to the box and there was empty space in the box. *Also, the listing said new condition but the cups had light crazing and one if them had a line in the cup indicating a weakness in the pottery. I would like a refund of the broken cup and a price adjustment for at least one cup. I do not want to bother with sending them back. **You closed out my request this morning. My husband lost his phone and had to use my phone yesterday and I had no way to contact you sooner. I am a senior and all of this is too difficult.

I did get a credit for the broken cups. But the seller still refuses to acknowledge that they were not packed well for shipment and tries to put the blame on the USPS. But I am pleased that I got the credit.
